Ware kam nach Monaten und ewiger Hinhaltetaktik endlich an. Die Schuhe passen nicht mal ansatzweise und sind von schlechter Qualität. Paypal eingeschaltet, wochenlange Prüfung, kein Geld zurück. Wollte die Schuhe wieder zurücksenden. Ging nicht, da die Versandkosten den Warenwert überstiegen hätten. Außerdem wurden Fotos verlangt von den Schuhen, ob sie auch wirklich die falsche Größe hätten. Letztendlich bleibe ich auf den Schuhen sitzen, die absoluter Müll sind. Es gibt viele ähnliche Shops, bitte immer informieren, bevor man bestellt. Dass sowas in Deutschland geduldet wird, eine Schande.

Schuhe bestellt im Mai und bis zum heutigen Datum
den 13.9.20 noch nichts geliefert.das schlimmste ist
die schuhe wurden schon per Mastercard bezahlt.
Bis zum heutigen Tag hat die Firma sich nicht gemeldet.
Leute wenn ihr das lest,bildet euch selber eine Meinung.Vieleicht geht es anderen auch so wie mir.
Schade das es so etwas in Deutschland noch gibt.

Absoluter Mist!
Ich wundere mich, dass PayPal solche Unternehmen unterstützt.
Die Ware kommt aus China.
Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass Chinesen sowas kaufen, in der miesen Qualität. Leder ... nicht, dass ich lache --- hauchdünn und schlabberig. Oft ein hauchdünner Streifen auf Kunststoff aufgenäht.
Ich kann gar nicht mehr aufhören, zu kritisieren.
Trustpilot sollte seinem Namen gerecht werden, und solche Firmen, die unter verschiedenen Namen ihre Produkte anbieten, sperren!

am liebsten keinen stern vergeben, schuhe erhalten, 70€, Retoureschein angefordert, auf den ich seit August warte.
Also richtig schlecht, keine mail Antwort, gar nicht.

They offer such a great deal when you buy in numbers and I think I could not ever get a better deal on this product. I will definitely be ordering more products from them. Leute, lasst die Finger weg von diesem Laden. Er adressiert unter verschiedenen Unternehmen in Deutschland. Verstehe nicht, dass so etwas von PayPal oder auch auf den Internetseiten geduldet wird. Ware entspricht nicht den Angaben. Die Größen weichen total voneinander ab, teilweise Sack, teilweise Bauchnabelfei :-))), Rückversand eine Katastrophe da nicht einmal ein vernünftiger Adressat angegeben wird, auch nicht in der Kommunikation die PayPal im Käuferschutz mit denen führt. Kauft lieber dort wo es funktioniert, die Ware ist das Geld auch nicht wert, egal wie nett die Motive sind.

Finger weg! Ware wurde zwar per HERMES geliefert aber die Textilien passen vielleicht mal meiner Enkeltochter. Sendung wurde auf eigene Rechnung nach Frankfurt zurück gesendet.
Emailverkehr ist eher eine Art von Dahinhaltetaktik. Ich werde Anzeige bei der Polizei wegen Betrug erstatten.

The shoe sizing was not matched with differing sizes considered equivalents anywhere on their website.. SO I ordered a 5. A 36 arrived.
The shoe purchase was a fiasco, and the service correspondence was even worse. One reply suggested I should give them to a friend.

Absolutely awful from beginning to end. I made an order that took over two months to arrive. The goods were rubbish: the dress that looked stylish in the picture was of bad quality and cheap-looking, the two pair of shoes smelt of rubber which indicate poor quality. Never ever again.

Ordered a men's casual shoe. Took a looong while to get here (USA). Sized too small.

I made an order, they confirmed and debited my credit card. Then for three weeks my order was not locatable! And they would not respond to my emails or messenger chat. Btw the phone number is out of service! Then I had to prove to them I made the order with a screen shot, apparently links to their emails is not enough! Finally chatting on messenger they said my order was shipped but sent me an email saying my order would be refunded. They kept my money for four weeks! I wonder how many people they do that to?

The worst company I have ever used, I ordered items in December 2019 I had most sent to me which were fine except 1 item which they cancelled the order themselves in June 2020 cause I hadn’t had it, they said they would sent me my refund, ha what a joke I have emailed them a number of times keep getting promised however nothing happens. If you have any sense don’t use this company they are devious and lie to you just to shut you up.

Ich bin leider auch auf den Betrüger hereingefallen.
Vor zwei Monaten bestellt und per Paypal bezahlt.
Bis heute keine Ware erhalten.
Habe vor vier Wochen den Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet. Fall läuft immer noch.
Bin mal gespannt ob ich meine 80€ wieder bekomme.

ordered shoes. Took over a month to get. They were the wrong size. There is no return mailing slip and no return address. Got in touch thru e mail. Sent me 4 e mails back saying they will take $3 off, then $5, then $7 and now $11 and they told me to sell the shoes. Finally gave me an address to mail back to China which would cost more then the item. WORST company ever.

Bis jetzt war die Ware ja ganz in Ordnung nun sitze ich auf zwei schöne Paare die einmal zu klein und einmal zu groß sind. Und über Waretezeiten rede ich gar nicht. Hauptsache man bekommt sie. Nur mit dem zurückschicken kann man vergesse!!! Das heißt für mich keine Geschäfte mehr mit Pearzone. Lieber verschenke ich sie als gar nichts mehr zu haben

What scam and joke this place is, do not order from them. Same issues as everyone else wrote, over 3 months to receive order and then the shoes were too small. After 5 e-mails with various percentage of refund offers (not a full refund mind you) and asking to ship back, escalated to Pay Pal. Was given response to get full refund if I would ship back in 8 days to China (yeah right). The cost to do that is more than what I paid.

If I could give this company a Negative hundred rating I would!
They are the worst company I have ever ordered from!
Do not and I mean do not order from them... they are thieves they will rip you off when they make a mistake they do not make it right!!!!
I ordered two pair of size 7 shoes they sent me size 8 and it took three months for me to get them and then when I sent them everything proving that I had ordered the size 7 they still would not make it right and send me two new pairs of shoes or refund my money they are a horrible horrible company!!!!

Mérite 0 étoile , acheté un sac reçu pas l'acticle commandé , me propose de gardé le sac non commandé, malgré les messages envoyés leur disant que je n'en veut pas soit il m'envoie le sac commandé ou il me rembourse, depuis silence radio .site à éviter je déconseille.

Ganz großer Beschiss. Die Ware ist mangelhaft, die Lieferzeit viel zu lang. Absoluter Schrott. Nie wieder
