They took five and a half months and five hundred pounds to replace a lightbulb.
Unbelievable treatment of a customer.

I have invoices but I cannot see a place to upload them.

I have already submitted a review for this company when I had work done two years ago. I recently needed some internal lights replaced/upgraded and a further outside light fitted. Again this company gave me a very competitive price and completed the work efficiently and on time. Highly recommend this company for any electrical work.

Initial correspondence was very good and I had my EV charger installed in February 2022. All appeared in order until my charger stopped working in February 2024.
I contacted Penmilne hoping that it would be a quick fix but after an engineer attended site and took a photograph I was told to contact the manufacturer of the charger (Wallbox) as a "push connector" may be broken?
On contacting Wallbox and sending the photograph I was informed that "You will need to go back to where you got the charger from, because the damage could have been casued when the charger was being installed".

So I again went back to Penmilne where I was initially informed that they would replace the charger for a "used" charger that they had temporarily installed and be charged the engineer labour costs.
On deciding to go ahead with this option Penmilne went back on their offer so I now have a non working charger that neither Wallbox or Penmilne will offer any assistance with!!

Brilliant company. Asked for a few details and then came and installed the charging point very efficiently. Neat, quick and polite workers. Would definitely use them again.
