Had my second CO2 laser treatment a…
Had my second CO2 laser treatment a week ago. The numbing cream makes it comfortable. Apart from a little itching there is no discomfort in the down time. After care instructions are great and I should be able to go out tomorrow. Results are looking good.

Following a consultation with Dr Tracy, I had a subcision treatment undertaken to treat acne scars.
Ahead of the treatment day, Scarlett was super helpful and communicative both on the phone and over WhatsApp. Scarlett was very friendly, knowledgable and responsive, and that extended to when we met in person.
Dr Tracy is lovely as well. Really puts you at ease, talks you through everything, has a good sense of humour and most importantly, gives off a real professional confidence. You have to be careful who you choose to trust with your face(!!) but I always felt in great hands. Can’t say enough good things about her.
The after care was clear (given both verbally at the clinic and after on email) and I guess the biggest compliment I can pay, is that I felt truly at ease, looked after, and most importantly, cared for.
Overall - a great experience leading up to, and including treatment day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Doctor Xu is patient, skilled and professional
Doctor Xu is patient, knowledgeable and highly skilled, which will put you at ease even though the procedure entails a lot of complexity, and could make people nervous. I was very happy with the process, and outcome, would not hesitate to recommend her to friends or family.

I had my procedure undertaken yesterday by Dr Tracy. Both herself And her assistant Scarlett made me feel totally at ease and very relaxed , she explained the procedure step By step throughout the whole process. Dr Tracy is very knowledgeable and experienced in her
Field and I felt confident and comfortable for her to undertake my surgery. I was given lots Of Information and advice for my aftercare and a follow up
Appointment has been scheduled. I am looking forward to seeing the results in a couple of weeks . I can highly recommend Dr Tracy and her team .

Treatment with confidence
I have visited Dr Tracy a few times and would highly recommend. Dr Tracy is amazing, she listens and gives positive advice. During procedures she is calming and makes you feel at ease under her care. I also have to mention Scarlett who also gives positive care and attention. Personally, I would not go anywhere else for treatment.

Dr Xu was very caring as usual and my experiences have always been great. The chemical peel takes use of some solutions with stimulating smell and I was given a mask before starting. She also repeated checking on if I feel any pain or not.

I’m 3 days post Blep surgery and…
I’m 3 days post Blep surgery and couldn’t be more pleased to date.
The surgery itself was pain free and even relaxing. Dr Tracy and Scarlett were so kind, friendly and caring through the process. Dr Tracy spoke to me through out and I could tell she really took her time to give me the look I wanted.
To date I’ve only had compliments on how neat the stitching is and how well I look, minor bruising / redness.
I can’t want to see the finished result but so far I’m thrilled! Thank you
Would highly recommend and have been to everyone who asks

Sculpta injection by Dr. Xu
During appointment I enquired about Sculptra, Dr. Xu explained clearly, so I decided to give it a go. The injection was not painful thanks to Dr. Xu who added pain relief. Dr. Xu injected in the areas based on my facial features and condition. I was told the injected areas will swell a bit the next day, but I didn’t notice any swell. I’m extremely happy with the treatment and the result. Everything look so natural and I looked much younger. Highly recommended

I was disappointed in the main
I was disappointed in the main, the website is not clear in comparison to what they have to offer. When sitting down they tried to point towards botox which is a standard procedure for any beauty clinic. This is not what I went for. The Dr was very friendly but the place certainly makes out to be something it’s not.
