Worth while research
The process was really smooth, emails arrived in plenty of time. The research was fantastic, I really enjoyed it. It was also really beneficial to me as it was trying a gut health product.

Amazing Experience
It’s such an amazing experience working with PFR, the surveys are clearly stated, it is also user friendly.
From my own experience, I’ve never had any hiccups working with PFR, such an amazing company, there’s always a survey that you can relate to and work with. Looking forward to more surveys.

I've done quite a few market research…
I've done quite a few market research projects with this company and they are fantastic to work with. They have good communication and great customer service. They pay quickly and the projects are really interesting. I'd definitely recommend them and keep using them. Really easy application processes for projects too.

Gut health research
Prior to sign up, I had a question about the research, which was answered promptly in a sympathetic and supportive way. I received good, clear information about the research. The product was despatched on time, delivered promptly and without complication. Communication throughout the research was prompt, easy and supportive.

Entire experience well organised.
The patience of the staff is amazing. Not the most confident Teams user, they guided me through, made my feel that my experiences and opinions were valued. And the subjects make me think more deeply on experiences that I am likely to skim over. The set up proceedure was first class. And the provision of a telephone number was appreciated. Hope to be asked again.

They are great, no complaints at all. I get sent a few survey suggestions maybe every fortnight or so - not spammed by any means but also enough to keep you going!
I don’t want to talk to anyone so I was waiting for one that was 100% text-based. It took a month or so although I may well have accidentally overlooked some, but anyway, I did my first survey and had to reach out for help. I had a reply quite quickly by a pleasant and helpful person, and I was able to complete the survey.
Stress-free experience and was expecting to have to wait a while for payment, but it came through within days!
