"I took my Porsche to Perfect Touch for service work, and the experience was a disaster from start to finish. Following their work, my car was immediately put into complete limp mode. this was due to them not putting my ghost into service mode I was forced to take the vehicle to a Porsche direct to have their errors rectified and the ghost device removed, which cost me an additional £250 on top of the original service fee. this was due to them messing up the ghost i paid £500 for and also all the electronics in the car

When I raised this with Perfect Touch, they denied any responsibility for the damage they caused. I am now forced to pursue the recovery of my service costs through the court system, as they refuse to take accountability for the mechanical failure they triggered. Avoid this place if you value your car and don't want to end up paying for their incompetence."

Crooks, charge for work and parts that they DID NOT DO OR FIT.

I recently had a full service at Perfect Touch Performance and couldn’t be happier with the results. The team genuinely care about both the car and the customer – everything was explained clearly, with transparent quotes and no surprises. Their workmanship and professionalism gave me total confidence, and the car feels fantastic after the work. My hair was ABSOLUTELY RUINED here at the weekend. I only had a T Section of highlights and the colour was left on way too long without it being checked once, it went blue/purple and they told me it was just the shampoo and it would wash out. I went and asked at another salon what they thought and they said to go back immediately and complain. I did and they put a toner on it. Still looks terrible. I've now got to get it fixed at another salon. I will being going back in to perfect touch this week for a full refund. I can't even get a brush through it, the ends are destroyed. They should be ashamed that they have done this to somebodies hair.

Outstanding experience with Perfect Touch - particularly Barry and Joe. Barry and team of expert mechanics fixed my Mercedes C-Class last year, a complex job which required reliable experts. My local garage messed up my car, didn't know how to deal with hybrid cars so decided to go to an expert (1.5hrs away from home), although expensive I needed someone I can rely on. Thank you Barry and team. You guys had kept me calm and at ease throughout.

I made the mistake of ringing this company who totally ABUSED ME VIA TEXT I ENQUIRED ABOUT BODY SCUPLT SHE DECIDED TO CALL ME A WEIRDO even went as far as called Me a FREAK AND TOLD ME TO F OFF ALL AVAILABLE TO SEE ON MY TEXT. DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ABUSED

Popped in to Stirling shop last Saturday, just for a look.
Speaking to girl about bras and she asked why I wanted a non wire, I’d previously been measured at a reputable shop and spent £40 on an “ill fitting bra” which hurt me .
Ended up getting measured correctly and purchasing a beautiful fitting bra plus one out sale.
Ladies were so helpful to my friend and I and now I’ll return when needed. Thankyou x💕

I had an outstanding experience with the "Perfect Touch Performance Ltd" car service company. Right from the beginning, their transparency impressed me. They provided a detailed estimate, listing the parts that needed replacement along with labour charges, ensuring there were no unexpected surprises. They also ensured no work commenced without my approval, which I greatly appreciated.
What sets them apart is that I had the freedom to choose the brand of replacement parts, such as brake discs and pads. They also performed an excellent oil change service, including engine flushing, filter replacements, and fresh oil fill. The additional fuel injector cleaning noticeably improved my car's acceleration and fuel efficiency.
A thoughtful touch was the use of protective covers for my leather seats and floor mats. When I collected my car, it was spotless inside and out, with a thorough cleaning and even special tire treatment that left them gleaming. These small but considerate details make customers feel truly valued.
In summary, I am thrilled to have discovered "Perfect Touch." Their exceptional service has won my trust, and I'll be relying on them for my BMW's needs from now on.

During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Cloudio himself, the CEO and Director of the company. His hands-on involvement speaks volumes about the dedication of this establishment.
