I ordered a POS machine from this company, but after placing the order I decided not to use it because I found a better option. The product was never opened and remained in its original sealed packaging.

Within the 14-day return period stated on their website, I contacted the company by email to inform them that I wished to return the item. I then sent the package back in its original condition.

However, the seller deliberately refused to accept the returned parcel. As a result, the package was sent back to me instead of being processed for a refund. This makes it extremely difficult for customers to exercise their legal right to return an unused product within the return period.

Their website clearly states that returns within 14 days are accepted, but in practice they refused to receive the return. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend buying from this company. Please be cautious if you plan to purchase from them, as returning items and getting a refund may be very difficult.

Great experience ordering from Perfectpos. I found what I required at a heavily reduced price compared to all other sites I searched on. The site is clear and straight forward with helpful advice and a wide range. Delivery was extremely fast and my purchase arrived well packaged and secure. I have no problem recommending Perfectpos.

Brilliant service. I called to confirm I would receive next-day delivery before placing my order. I received tracking details from their delivery partner about one hour after placing the order, and it arrived in under 24 hours. Postage was free, and the price for the item was the best I could find online.

They are OK, I did not receive next day delivery, contacting anybody is illusive and returning something isn't intuitive.

Device ordered arrived very quickly, and was at an extremely good price. Arrived brand new in box, with the seals intact.

The unit provided had been used before and was already registered with another account (as confirmed by sumup). Obvious indicators were that the box had been resealed after opening with new stickers (old ones had been left intact) and the unit was dirty, with the box contents in a random order in the box. Company has made no attempts to reply, having to go via my bank to try get this refunded.
Update 30/1/24: Still trying to get this either refunded or exchanged, the owner has stopped replying to my emails. Don't buy from these swindlers.

Dont believe next day delivery purchased a sum up machine
advertised as next day delivery if order placed before 2pm as they will ship same day. placed order at 8.30am but they shipped it next day so won't be delivered until 2 days after purchased should've just got off amazon

Purchased a SumUp machine which arrived a few days later. Excellent speed of dispatch and communication.
