Terrible customer service, poor quality
It is very unfortunate that my daughter’s school uses this company for their uniforms. Part of the uniform required has been constantly delayed. This has been frustrating. What has been infuriating is that for the past 3 weeks I have been lied to about the delivery date of these items. I had also been promised next day delivery to make up for the delay only to be told that this has “accidentally” not been applied and that this will cause a further week of delay. Horrible customer service. I am one of many displeased customers at my school (with the quality of the uniform and the timings of delivery) and we are getting together to find a new provider for our school uniforms. I suggest you do the same.

Abysmal service and response times
Abysmal service and response times. I ordered a uniform item several weeks in advance. After two weeks of no updates beyond an order confirmation received at the time of purchase I followed up via email and was told my item would be delivered within 2-4 working days. At the end of this time, I received an email asking me if I did indeed want my item delivered to the delivery address input at the time I placed my order. Shockingly, I did wish to have it delivered to my home address as entered. I was then asked for my phone number - information that had also been provided at the time of purchase as evidenced by its inclusion in the order confirmation. I was finally informed that if I did wish to have my item delivered to my address I would need to pay a further 40 pounds and that it would take a further 3 weeks to arrive. Obviously by this point it was apparent to everyone but the sales representative I was interacting with that there was no chance of it arriving in time. Additionally, it was never made clear to me why I heard nothing for a fortnight after placing my order or why I was falsely assured of my item being in transit and having an expected delivery timeframe of 2-4 days despite not having left their facility. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this business.

University Boat Club Blazer - How stylish!
Ordered university boat club blazer in March for my son for before Henley and it arrived perfectly made, fitting well and looking sharp! Very happy with it, especially after reading some of the negative reviews on here (I was a little worried to say the least!). Nothing short of 'does exactly what it says on the tin.' Thank you! He's gunna look so handsome!
Rubbish
Poor quality, poor pricing, slow delivery. We’ve waited 8 weeks for items supposedly in stock before only to find when they arrive the quality is poor. This has been a repeated issue over the last two years so not an isolated issue sadly. We’re forced to use them for all branded items and now they are charging almost £50 for a child’s fleece. Seems insane given how fast they grow and how often things get lost. Not value for money.
Don't ship orders
Ordered a blazer for an event and was assured it would arrive in time. A week before the event, I emailed asking for an update and I was told it won't be ready for over a month. Zero apology given. Note I have been waiting over 8 weeks for this.

Don't Buy if You Have Another Option
Our school recently switched to this provider and they are terrible. The quality of their offering is meaningfully poorer than other uniform providers with shrinking, pilling and lack of colour-fastness all major issues. The condition of uniforms which are 4-5 years old from previous providers and have gone through several children is better than the uniform provided by Perry's after just 2 or 3 washes. Appalling.
Quite the worst supplier I have ever encountered
This uniform supplier is consistently very poor indeed. Their sizing advice is universally incorrect, and indeed the sizes of their clothes are bizarre (for example, socks that fit feet do not fit calfs, shirts that fit bodies have ridiculously long arms etc). They mark items as "in stock" and when you order them they tell you they are on back order and take months to deliver. When they deliver.child has grown so you need to start all over again. Customer Service take 2 weeks to answer an email, and they never answer the phone. Avoid at all costs.

Their service is very good but not happy with the quality of the uniform nor the sizing charts! Ordering uniforms is such an ordeal!

Poor quality uniform, expensive, low stock volumes. Our new school blazers don't even have the bias binding done properly
Utterly shocking
Utterly shocking. Never seem to have stock, sizing is all over the place, months of waiting time, ridiculous prices. All the parents are up in arms that the school has mad the move to this awful company. If your school is looking to change to them, oppose at all costs.
Just the worse service ever experienced
Just one of the worse services I have ever dealt with! Ordered a uniform set, paying attention to submit the exact body measures for my 3 year old daughter but the items we got were enormous, totally unsuitable and unrelated to the measures that I had submitted. Initially they claimed they were the right sizes for the body measures I had submitted (totally false. E.g., submitted arm length was 29cm, delivered cardigan arm length 40cm) and that, anyway, it was the smallest size. False this too, since after insisting it came up that we could get the same items two sizes smaller (20c...in their own custom measurement system). The communications with their customer care are so slow, inefficient and ineffective. Even getting their bank details to submit a payment is painful. I started the painful "process" at the beginning of July, now it is clear that my daughter won't get her clothes by the 9th September when she needs them for the new school year start, because of a series of their oversight/careless. Embarrassing "service". If you can, avoid avoid avoid it
Sadly
Sadly, having now ordered from Perry on several occasions, with bad experience - nothing has improved. Customer service remains poor, I've had inaccuracies on orders, sizing discrepancies, and all of this comes at a premium on prices.
I don't want this review to be too scathing, but it's just an honest reflection of the service that Perry provide, which is poor.

Not a Great Experience
The uniform is very expensive for what it is, particularly as the quality of some of the items is not great. I also find that the sizes are all over the place. The service could be considerably better, I would say that communication is certainly an area the company could work on!
I ordered uniform early last July, expecting it to arrive in good time so that I could get everything named ready for September. Perry had decided they were not going to send the uniform for my children's school until at least mid-August but neglected to mention this fact to parents. I tried calling their Customer Services several times to chase up the order but couldn't get through on their phoneline. Other parents I spoke to complained of getting through to an answering machine which told them to email Customer Services, they then said that they didn't get a reply to their emails. I had to complain to the school about it in the end, and it was the school who managed to find out what was going on! My delivery arrived 7-8 weeks after I ordered it. There has been other issues to.
We had a uniform fitting a few weeks ago at my children's school. I briefly referenced one of the issues (with the service) to the lady measuring one of my children, she pretended that she could not hear me and ignored the fact that I had mentioned an issue, carrying on with what she was doing and treating me as though I should not have said anything. I really was not impressed! At least my eldest child's secondary school does not use this company, as I cannot wait to be rid of them!
