I purchased the memorial heart ornament and it came out beautiful. Highly recommend this company.

I have had a great experience with this company for years, but received dreadful customer service with my last order. Trying to get the correct information from their customer service dept is like pulling teeth!
Put in request for mgr to call me back and they don’t bother!
Gone downhill! What a shame.

Site is very hard to navigate. Did not what I ordered! The personalization is on the bottom of the sock where it can't even be seen. Then they won't refund. Said I could pay for shipping to return and get store credit but they wouldn't be able to make the product I want. Ridiculous. Won't ever shop here again.

I ordered a table runner in Sept. 22, and it already arrived on Sept. 28! I love the product! The material is much better than I expected. I thought it would be kind of like a burlap, but it is thick and it is smooth, and it looks great - the colors are nice and bright, and clear to read-overall great product! I am so excited for my family to see all their names on it this year for our Christmas table decor! This was my 2nd order from Personalization Mall, and both times, the products arrived very quickly and have been a good quality. Will shop with them again for sure!

Love the pillow character of my nephew. Turned out great. looked exactly like the preview they showed before I placed my order. The whole family love it. I'm definitely going to order more. It arrived quickly also.

Loved the customized wrapping paper. So very unique. I ordered a roll for my kids and grandkids as well. And to top it off, the shipping was fast, which is always appreciated.

I ordered the Vera Wang vase. I'm very happy with my purchase. The engraving is on point. I received my purchase fast. I ordered on a holiday weekend and still received my vase within 1 (one) week. I may order another one.

Absolutely horrible customer service and even worse company. I have an order right now that has just been sitting in some warehouse for fedex now for 7 days!!! God knows what kind of shape it will be in. Definitely save your money and don’t order from this company.

The ordering was easy, the set arrived quickly & it was done to perfection. The case had an incredibly beautiful grain & the color of the wonderful engraving was a stunning contrast. The pen was just as gorgeous as the case. This made a very unique, personal & amazing gift!

I ordered and paid $35.79 to this company for 2 keychains with photos of my daughter and her husband on their wedding day. The items came with the heads cut in half and Personaluzation Mall claims that I approved it this way!!

This company has great products and great customer service. I have ordered from them multiple times and had very few issues. When I have had a problem, they are very helpful in solving the issue. I would recommend.

Never Received the order.
I am still waiting to receive the order, I have contacted them for help, they refunded my shipping cost, but I still have not received the item I ordered. Their customer service told me in an email to call for a refund, I called and they refused to refund my money, because they can see it is "still moving through the channels" It has been "moving through the channels" for 15 days, and was updating daily right up until the day that it was supposed to be delivered, 8/14! Since then there has been 2 updates, one that it was leaving the facility it claimed to have already left, the other that it has arrived in my state, but no new delivery date has been forecast. They said I would have to wait to receive the item, refuse it, and then, when they finally received it back, only at that time would they issue a refund. So I am supposed to wait forever to get a refund? Clearly there is a big problem with their chosen shipper, and somehow that has now become the customers problem.
