I received this product, and it took me two days to pluck up the courage to implement it. We had a rat in our KITCHEN, which was insufferable. But it made me so angry, I just put a whole pack down (15 cakes of the poison). Within two days, the rat was dead. I don't like killing creatures, but with the threat of Weil's disease (pron. Vile's), I had to take action. THANK you!!

Your company organised my order very quickly thank you but the delivery let your system down.
DPD said they had tried to deliver to me but said they couldn't because there was no one in. ( a lie )
They delivered the parcel to one of their agents (Premier shops ) which was over a half mile away from my address. It is my belief that they dropped off my order along with other orders for our town to save delivery time and cost to themselves.
There is also a note on my door which clearly states (if no one answers the door)of where to drop parcels.
The foregoing is no refletion of the service you give, and will not affect me recommending your company's sevice to others.

Good delivery and good product

Good product, good delivery

Easy ordering & quick delivery. I am concerned about the efficiency of the product. It claims to be strong enough to kill with one dose. So far 90 doses have been consumed but nothing seems to have changed. They are still being consumed, daily.

Quick reliable service

i don't think the rat poison was strong enough. I had to use 7 pks before i had any results and there was only one rat.

Bought the pack of 10 sachets and by the tenth day the bait wasn’t being eaten. No more rats.

Products easy to use, clear instructions. Will watch and wait and hope the moths don't return.
