There's a phone line to the company itself instead of to a central premium number. You get to speak to someone without going through endless button-pressing like a trained laboratory rat after its reward. When you do speak to someone, they are helpful and informative. They give some discount to existing customers instead of only to new customers - and also if your Club is registered with the FBHVC. The price of the policy is very reasonable compared to some others offering classic policies and they don't come up with a long list of reasons not to insure you that are nothing to do with your driving record.

Pricing a little suspect. e. g. Going from six bikes max. 400cc to five bikes, max. 250cc resulted in no reduction of premium!

A bit more expensive than some. I had a breakdown 2 years ago the processing center could not attend because they could not identify the location on the Blandford By pass in Dorset even with precise details, I am in the AA and they were with me within 10 minutes on that occasion. Still I have been with you for 18 years!

Good value, surprised that adding another classic bike only added £10 to the premium

Very smooth renewal with plenty of warning that the due date was nearing, helpful comversation and a renewal premium significantly cheaper than the previous year or the amount quoted by the broker dealing with my other cars
