I recently ordered shoes from your website and was shocked to learn that delivery is taking two full weeks. In today’s e-commerce landscape, where major retailers and even premium brands routinely deliver standard orders in 2–5 business days (often with free or fast shipping options), waiting 14 days feels outdated and unacceptable—especially for a high-end company like Peter Millar.
This extended timeline has caused significant inconvenience, as I needed the shoes sooner and now question future purchases with your brand. Many competitors in apparel and footwear offer far quicker fulfillment without compromising quality.
I hope you’ll reconsider your shipping standards to better align with industry expectations and customer needs. I’d appreciate any insight into why this delay occurred or if expedited options were overlooked.

They use to have good quality clothes 5 years ago now it’s just overpriced crap! I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from them. I wish I could post pictures of before quality and now! Purchased longsleeve golf polo great fit after one wash colour faded overpriced and poor quality

Bought this item for my pregnant wife. The item came stained, either makeup or bleach. Was told to print return label, drive to and wait in line at a FedEx to return the defective item. I said I’m not doing that - it’s your mistake, not mine. They then came back and said they would only charge me 50%… for a gift, for my pregnant wife! How absurd. They also offered to arrange for pickup at my house from FedEx. Waiting to see how that goes. The fact that they deleted my reviews should tell you all you need to know about this brand. The downfall of Peter Millar, indeed. This is a zero integrity company.

The trifecta for losing my business. Overpriced. Poor quality. Crummy customer service.

Ok, so found this website and liked the look of the products. However, before I purchased I wanted to be clear on where the products were made.

So I looked on the website and despite the gurbage on great brand and responsible sourcing, there was nothing on production location. They of course give you the nonsense on we are located in the and design here but no statement on where products are made.

So I went on the chat box.... you would have thought that this would be a simple thing to answer... but no. I waited for 2 hours and then gave up - I do have a screen shot of this.

So I can only conclude that here we have another brand who wants to hide the fact that their products are made cheaply in some developing country and then they ship them all over the world with no thought on airmiles etc.

PERHAPS PUT WHERE YOUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE ON THE WEBSITE???

I bought my husband a jacket from here, and although I was hestinate due to the price, their so called reputation seemed good, so I went for it. My husband got it on Christmas day, and wore it 2 times and the seams on the jackets is already coming out. NOT what you expect when you pay almost 300 dollars for a jacket. I reached out twice trying to resolve this issue to either get a replacement or refund. They do not respond. There is a reason why BBB gave them a F. FRAUD of a company

What went wrong is the suppliers and 3rd party suppliers lie in that the precious Rabbits are not tortured, but they are! Heinous business and horrid cashmere "fabric".

I was really excited to finally order my first piece of clothing from Peter Millar. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged with a small cut in the shoulder that you can stick a pinky through. I went to process my return because the product was damaged and Peter Millar only offered me an E-gift card, or a 50% refund. Crazy to think that I paid $100 for a product that arrived damage and they only offered me a 50% refund. Not going to be buying anything from this company again.

My experience shopping with PM has been great. Items have been shipped quickly. The clothes and shoes fit great, feel great and look great. I like their styles very much. Can't speak to durability. I have only had my PM items for a couple of months. But so far so good. For now this is my new go to brand.

The ordering process and overall quality of the clothes received are both subpar for a luxury brand. First, they confirmed my order, then they said they were out of stock and canceled my order. Then out of nowhere, two weeks later, I got an email with tracking info for my original order. Fast forward and after wearing the ~$140 pair of shorts only once, the stitching in the groin area and around the belt loops have begun to come completely undone. I have similar style shorts from Eddie Bauer that have lasted me over a decade. Lesson learned, these are not high-quality clothes, only highly/overly priced clothes. And I almost forgot to mention that you cannot return or exchange anything if the tag has been removed and/or the item has been worn.
