For people who care for their pets
Each time l or my husband visit PetsCorner someone always says "hello". When l purchase the dogs dinners and anything else that l need, a member of staff always asks whether l can find all l need and/or gives me advice when asked about a problem the dog may have.
The New Milton shop always looks well stocked and overall very tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

There’s a great range of products for our dogs at Pets Corner. I particularly like the range of fresh natural dog treats such as rabbits ears and different chews which help to keep our dogs’ teeth in good condition.
The staff at the Chineham branch are fantastic - very knowledgeable and super helpful. Time never seems to be a problem for them when giving advice.

This is the email that I sent the HR Department of Pets Corner to thank them for the EXCELLENT service I received from the West Horsley Branch. Tip Top Service. A must visit for all pet owners.
Good morning, this is not a recruitment enquiry but more I wanted to give feedback on two members of your staff who work at your West Horsley Branch. We are adopting a rescue puppy soon and the advice that Grace gave us was absolutely amazing, she spent so much time talking through all of our options, giving us so much information about the products you sell and how they positively impact our new puppy, as well as additional information relating to training and settling the puppy. It was so reassuring, and her kindness and levels of expertise are just off the charts. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. We returned to the store yesterday to purchase another item for our puppy and were looked after this time by Darcy, again the service levels were off the charts of loveliness. We did not feel rushed in all our purchases, we left each time feeling happy, and totally reassured with our purchases. We will NEVER even think about shopping at another pets store. Grace and Darcy are brilliant, and a credit to your organisation. Thank you so much from Kate & Neal Baldwin, and Pluto the Puppy xxxx

Without doubt the best Pet shop around
Without doubt the best Pet shop around. My dog is increasingly picky about her food. The staff in Pets Corner are knowledgable about nutrition and will go out of their way to help in choosing food which may help the situation. They are always friendly and can't do enough for you. Also the shop does not stock junk brands so you can be confident whatever you choose is quality. Thank you Pets Corner Quedgeley I don't know what Id do without you.

We’ve just finished our puppy…
We’ve just finished our puppy socialisation sessions at Pets Corner Oakgrove Milton Keynes and I couldn’t recommend them more highly 🐾 Over the past month, the team have been absolutely amazing—so kind, helpful and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made every session fun and supportive, and we’ve seen such a positive difference in Bella’s confidence and behaviour. Today was her last session and they even surprised her with the sweetest little leaving gift—a brown bag of biscuits with her name on it 🥹 Such a thoughtful touch that really shows how much they care. Thank you so much to the whole team for giving Bella such a great start—we’ll definitely be back and will be recommending you to everyone we know!

Efficient and speedy online service
I used to buy dog biscuits from your store at the Garden Centre in Woodbridge when I was living in Suffolk. Hadn't realised I could buy online - because I hadn't needed to. Now I have moved, I am SO happy to find out I can, as I thought my dog would never get the cheese bone biscuits he is very fond of ever again 😆

Amazing service from pets corner staff in hove/west on the seafront. Archie and Sophie were amazing and Archie gave me lots of advice and took his time to talk me through all the different food options.
