I really don't like to leave negative reviews but I have given this company multiple time and opportunity to resolve my issues and I have had to give up.

I bought a blanket and mat. The mat arrived bent and the blanket - despite the cost of £28 shed on touch. It is no way at all fit for purpose when the purpose is for a pet and to lay it over furniture. I sent the company photos last Wednesday. They took a day to respond to ask me to send photos and details. I did this already but did it again so as to not be difficult. They then said they would collect or replace. I said I will return for a refund. This email exchange took another 2 days due to their super slow response times. They finally came back to me to say they don't do return labels but they will give me return info. I then asked for said info and they come back with an address. So now its assumed I will pay the cost of postage for faulty/not fit for purpose items.

It's been a week since the original email I sent. This type of issue is usually resolved in 24-28 hour TOPS!

I have given up now because the response time and communication is so poor. I have paid the postage myself but learnt a lesson here.

Bought what I thought was a premium bed for the pup, 18 months and it's completely faded! Not a little, a complete change in colour. Contacted customer services and was told 'it's general wear and tear and therefore outside of warranty, we recommend you purchase a new product from our range'... they must be having a laugh.

Incredible product, the very best customer service and most importantly our pups love love love the beds and all their accessories!

Came very quickly and is brilliant quality, my cats love their new tree, would definitely reccomend.

I was recommended the cat bowls after adopting a cat from the cats protection centre. They arrived in perfect condition and my older/mature cat loves to eat from them.
Very quick delivery and very highly recommended.

The XL Ellen donut dog bed I ordered was great but was too big so I returned it and ordered the medium size and paid extra for next day delivery ….so far so good.

Then the problems started - with DHL - who took 5 days to deliver it! This is a complaint about them I suppose not Scruffs. Maybe they should change their delivery company as they have a good product but it was very irritating having to wait for it and being constantly sent emails saying it would be delivered and then not doing so.

Scruffs did refund the next day delivery charge and the cost of the first bed so service was ok, but it was an aggravating experience.

I bought Oxford bed thinking it’s orthopaedic bed with a firm foam, in fact it’s so lumpy, I don’t know how it can be called orthopaedic. After one use I can see visible flattening where the dog was lying.

It’s just low quality foam, a pillow for £20 is better than this. Even the cover doesn’t fit the bed fully, it’s too big and moves all the time.
It’s ridiculous. It’s not worth the money!

Really cozy

We bought a Scruffs Aspen fleece blanket for our 2 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and he absolutely loves it. It’s become his favourite place to snuggle up and nap, which is saying something because he’s quite particular about where he settles!

The blanket is really soft, cosy and feels great quality. It also washes well and still looks lovely, which is always important with anything dog-related.

We also had a really nice experience with their customer service after getting in touch to share some feedback and a photo. Friendly, genuine and clearly a company that cares about their customers and their pets.

Really happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend Scruffs to other dog owners.

Fabulous customer service. I accidentally damaged our dogs bed when removing it from the packaging and they sent a brand new one without questions. So, so happy!

Purchased several items from these guys thinking they'd be of excellent quality. The bed fell apart within days of receiving my goods and my dog had only used it once! Quality is terrible and going forward, I'll be sure to use a reputable company, not these clowns. Do yourself a favour and be sure to purchase elsewhere.
