My first box came quickly and we were happy with the products. Next month same treats, but broken. Package came at the very end of the month. October box didn't come til end of November, so Halloween theme was useless. November box with Thanksgiving theme came in December and I'm guessing December box with Christmas theme will arrive after Christmas since on the 15th hasn't been shipped. I just cancelled future orders. If they would just work on getting the boxes out on time, I would have continued. If they can't they should send the theme a month in advance so you could get it for the holiday. Customer service didn't seem sorry to see us go, no plan to get things out in a timely matter. Seems like an easy fix if they just tried. Too bad.

Recently decided to renew my pet treater subscription for the deluxe box. My dog always used to be so excited to see the box, but the toys and treats in it were absolute trash. And it no longer comes in a box just a bag. I got 3 extremely flimsy toys that my dog has no interest in. It says you get 5-8 toys and treats, i would have though if you got 5 the toys and treats would have been better than the 8, but they all suck! I remember the box being way more enjoyable 3 years ago when I first had the subscription. I immediately canceled and will not be purchasing a subscription again. Extremely disappointed as it used to be such a good value for the price.

Very small and cheap toys. Value for the price is not very significant. No refunds or returns are offered. Items are cheaply made and poor quality. No consideration for size of my dog.
Box took 37 days from date of purchase to arrive.

I was super excited to use this, as other companies are more expensive. It was stated that they ship their packages around the 10th of the month. The 10th came and gone. No package. I waited some more. Nothing. I emailed customer service and they said all of their packages were running late, and I should receive an email with tracking the next day. Nothing of that sort happened. I ended up canceling my subscription altogether because of this. Yes, they are affordable, however, you kind of get what you pay for. Very disappointing.

I love the Pet Treater subscription box and have been getting it for years now (since 2021). I originally got the Barkbox super chewer subscription but the toys were always the same hard toy with a different cover. My dogs never used them and quickly grew bored of it, and it cost way more than PetTreater. I found PetTreater by chance and tried it out. I have 2 dogs so I get the $25/ month box. They get 2 fun toys, 2 bags of treats, a baked treat, and a bandana! My bandana collection is incredible since having PetTreater so long, and they always have something interesting and fun to try with the toys. They also thrown in a free thing now and then to try (like collapsible dog bowl, waste bags, or other new items).

I’ve told multiple friends about them and they love them too! It’s definitely the best value for your money with these dog toy sub boxes!

If I could give a 0 I would. The treatment is trash, and the membership is worse. If you ask anything, you are basically wrong. Unless you want to pay to be mistreated this membership is not for you.

If I could rate zero stars I would worst customer service and the longest shipping time ever. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone

I was charged for a 2nd month its been a month since I ordered the first month still haven't recieved it n was charged for the 2nd month and I sent them an email and their response was generic and offered no resolution just said sorry your package on the way horrible customer service.

We love pet treater and all of the toys and treats have been worth the $15.
I only give 4 stars because of the shipping. My payment comes out on the 6th of the month. It's the 25th and we are still waiting.
If the shipping were speedier I would give 5 stars!

Toys were horrible quality, two of them were in the trash within 48 hours because my little one destroyed them, even though I said I didn't want fragile stuffed toys with parts than can easily be chewed off. Also customer service is terrible- you can sign up on the computer but they make you go through their customer service to cancel but the customer service is almost never open and they don't have chat or anyone who answers the phone- terrible! If I had known how hard it would be to get out of this mistake I never would have done it.

Update 2/18/2023- It's even worse than I originally thought. Even though they send that B___S___ reply and told me they honored my request, they actually sent me another package and charged my card again, and the quality was so low that I can't give them to my dogs because I am afraid they are going to ingest the stuffing when the toys fall apart after 10 minutes. Now I am contemplating changing my credit card number because I think they are just going to keep billing me forever. What a scam.

I signed up for a monthly box and also added a donation to a program for Veterinary Services for those not able to pay. I was never sent a package shipping number but I was contacted when they attempted to charge my debit card, again for another box. It has been 16 days and I am still waiting on my first box.I contacted the company about not receiving my first box, I was referred back to the website's FAQ. I have canceled my account and will be requesting a refund. I cannot and will not recommend this company. Terrible experience.

After many months I tried to cancel my subscription b/c my cat no longer seems interested in the items. On My visa charges “Pet treater” is listed as a co name “Pettheater” (the WRONG name AND number as well!) Could not google them or call. Finally found the info w/some work-Check your credit card if you sub to this company. After calling, the Company was unapologetic, didn’t seem to care that their info was wrong, & charged me ONCE AGAIN & refused to refund. Wish I never stuck w/them to help them out & be nice. The items are a good idea.. a scarf, snack, toy-but for 15 or more a month my kitten doesn’t play w/the toys for some reason & the scarves are piling up. Now I have a box full of unused toys & scarves.

** added 2/14/23 -response: I have never been to a “ Pet theater” Vegas 🙄 & if I could post a photo of my credit card-you will see the error. Maybe they should look into what I’m saying instead of blaming a customer. Do not do use this company, there’s so much better out there.

This is the best priced pet subscription that I have found. I like that they have it for cats and dogs!

Sasha started playing with her new toy right away. She really likes her treats too. This is a great program. Sasha gives PetTreater 5 stars because she can't give 6!!!!

I had been using bark box for a while. But we decided to change it up a little and tried out pet treater and we have loved it! My dog nebula loves the little cookies they send, and I think they are so cute they look like a sugar cookie. She also loves the toys and they are very durable and I love that! We will be using pet treater for a long time!

I was skeptical about changing to a new subscription box. I thought I’d give this one a try and we loved it! Going on 2 years and don’t plan on changing. It is definitely worth it!

After researching different companies, I found that Pet Treater offered the most bang for the buck and offered more choices for the kind of monthly package you wanted for your pets. Great service all the way around. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service from Cassi! I needed to update the address on an order that was processing. I emailed late one evening and received a response back immediately the following morning. Effortless process, addressed my concerns.
