Went to this restaurant in Westfield last Friday at 4pm as I saw the post on Tick-tock not sure what all the fuss was about as it was one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant. Staff were cold and unfriendly. The food was tasteless, the wings were uncooked and the rice was mushy and soggy. Well overpriced and I wish I didn’t go.
I can only assume the popularity of this restaurant due to social media hype bought lots of customers in which it was obvious they couldn’t manage and was possibly overwhelmed.
Maybe more staff would eliminate this issue but I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

Today we had lunch a P F Changs in P83. We love this place and always get good service. Jay was our server and we had the lunch special for $13.99 which is good until 3pm. It comes with your main entre and 2 sides. Our meals were delicious and very good portions. I had the Beef Teriyaki with an egg roll and lo mein noodles. It was amazing. It was a great meal and a great deal. Jay took good care of us and before we left, he had drinks to go for us, which was a nice surprise. Bottom line, good food at a decent price and great service. Kudos to you, Jay, you're awesome and keep up the good work!

The brown rice was not seasoned taste plain the shrimp and ribs were good

We were just going out to eat for the evening. We had server Adan. He was super great!!! Very attentive and professional as well as nice. The food was great! The company and atmosphere were wonderful and Adan helped with the enjoyment of the evening. Thank you again Adan!

Food was appallingly bad, couldn’t be eaten, 2 Singapore noodle main dishes .
We have consumed this dish all over the world our favourite and have rated if from 4 to 5 every time. P.F Chang Mount Pleasant SC was a generous 1.

Ordered Mongolian beef for $26! It was extremely chewy. Totally not worth it. Very disappointing. Won’t be back for awhile.

My boyfriend and I ordered online to your your restaurant in Rancho Mirage, California. We each ordered the mandarin crunch salad. His had protein on it. Mine did not in addition we ordered the deep fried green beans they were fabulous, however, the salad was less than edible. We got smalls each. I did not have one wonton on mine and I asked for extra I asked for extra dressing and I received it. There were maybe six little peanuts in the order as well as just a little bit of lettuce. The amount of lettuce was about a half a cup, maybe a little more. My boyfriend’s on the other hand had a little bit larger salad than mine even though we both purchased smalls he had four mandarin little slices in his salad and a couple sprinkles they were probably 10 at the most of rice sticks and about 15 wontons. They were both the worst salads we’ve ever had. The price of this was $17.99 for his and about 14 or $15 for mine. We didn’t realize this until we drove from Rancho Mirage back to Indio California. We will not be going back to your restaurant in the future

My experience with PF Chang is extensive. At one point several years ago I toured North America twice and visited a PF Chang restaurant in each city at least twice weekly. I could always look forward to the food.
Tonight I went to the restaurant in Rancho Mirage…I know things have changed but I was not prepared for the shocking decline in the food. The Northern style ribs were not barbecued, I think they were deep fried. The Lettuce wraps were just not the same either… I was disappointed when you took the Eggplant off the menu a while ago but it was obviously just the beginning of your steady decline. What used to be a bustling restaurant filled with happy people is now just a cavernous ordinary place.
You have lost me (and I suspect many others) forever. What a sad, sad story.

I ordered for delivery from this restaurant. When I received the food, the order was incorrect both for my order and my wife's order. When I called the restaurant to notify, I thought I'd get an I'm sorry let me take care of that right now. Instead, I got basically I can't to anything bout it, sorry. I responded that was poor customer service but still did not get anything but...we can't do anything about it. I'll remember.

Dear Virginia Beach Town Center PF Chang: From the minute my wife and I walked into the restaurant something was off! The host looked miserable, the waitress looked stress and didn’t even greet us, it was a CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER!
We knew we should get up and leave, but we wanted our usual order: Signature Lo Mein, BBQ Pork Ribs, Pork Egg Rolls and a nice drink. We always liked the incredible drinks.
It took a 15 minutes wait for the drinks, another 10 minutes for the egg rolls, the BBQ ribs were burn and submerged in BBQ sauce, terrible! It took another 10 or so minutes for the Signature Lo Mein to arrive and it arrived cold without the three sauces. I was asked about the portions, yep, the portions were less, yet cost more. The disappointment with the cooks was real, these weren’t chiefs, they seem to be losers in the kitchen, not even cooks. PF Chang is now at least in our book, a fast food joint and a bad one! We wish you the best.

If P.f. chang’s is considered an upscale restaurant think again. we had the worst $100 meal between 2 of us. the lettuce wraps where AWFUL and had no flavor and the Pad Thai was the worst I ever had!!! i won’t be going back there again!! BTW. Change your dipping sauce for crab rangoon.. it’s awful!! i gave the meal to my friend who dumped it in the trash can!!!

Bought some P.F. Chang's Crispy Chicken 18 oz bag from the frozen food section at a local grocery store.
These were really pretty awful. There were 11 fairly small, non-descript chicken nuggets, and two large bags of the sweet chili sauce in the package. Enough sauce for 50 nuggets! The sauce bags were 60-70 % of the total weight of the food! A real joke. A bad surprise when we were expecting something nice for dinner. Update opened the second bag. Only one bag of sauce and about 22 terrible tasting chicken nuggets.
Along with the PF Chang's Crispy Chicken we bought one bag of Mongolian beef and one Lo Mein Chicken. Lo Mein chicken was actually decent. Mongolian Beef looked delicious, but actually lacked in any flavor. Very underwhelming , oh well. Never buying that brand again. Glad it was on sale!!

Had reservation for 5 PM. Arrived exactly at 5 PM and were asked to wait 15 or 20 minutes in order to accommodate other patrons that I assume did not have a reservation.

Went to PF Changs for our 34th anniversary. Was so excited to order the Chef's Feast. We have ordered it many times and it is our favorite! Well, its no longer on the menu for in restaurant dining! You can only order it 'to go". REALLY? Not a happy camper! That is the craziest thing I have ever heard of from a restaurant! So instead of our bill being $46, it came to $75 and we didnt even get the soup and salad! Not sure I will be back. So disappointed.

went for a birthday celebration, waitress was overwhelmed 10 in our group told her ahead it was a birthday celebration never received the cake and candles that they offer for birthday. Bill over 250. I was very disappointed. Suggestions don't go for birthday celebration

It was started like just a plan. I got to check menus of some known resto across kuwait suggest with my colleagues if they wanted the cuisines until i got a chat with Ms. Wendy at PF Changs Alkout and help me throughout the process from menu selection and table set up and we are satisfied with the service of the entire dinner and i really appreciate the team for being able to celebrate and giving my colleagues a birthday treat an amazing and unforgetable one. Thank you Ms. Wendy and Pf Changs Alkout Team you guys are superb.
