Excellent quick service as usual. I have used this company several times now and have had no problems whatsoever. Very impressed so far and would have no problems recommending.

I messaged Pharmplex about my order and received no reply. I continued to wait for my order. I received emails asking me to review Pharmplex, but still no delivery. I eventually received an email from a no-reply address telling me my refund was complete! No explanation. I have again messaged through the website....

Not recommended. They claimed an item was in stock when it was not. They also give a freepost address on their site so you can send in prescriptions but it was too small for me to read it. So I asked someone with superb eyesight and was going to use it; however, the website staff told me not to use it as "it will take days to reach us like that". Honestly, if so, don't put it on the site at all or warn people not to use it if it is urgent. Very disappointing as I was desperate to find someone with this product for my dog.

Excellent service. Spoke to a lady on the phone who gave me excellent advice in respect of a prescription from our vet. Order delivered promptly and with a saving of over £30 a bottle from what our vet was charging. Have recommended them to other fosterers within the rescue. Will definitely be using them again.

I wish there were a better supply of some medicines that are often run short.

Ordered my dogs meds at 20% of vets charges. The meds were the same manufacturer as the vets. No issues. Fast delivery at a very very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
