Thank you for your feedback. I have investigated the handling of your order and found:
- You placed your order on 25 /5/18
- Your order was dispatched on 4/6/18 less one pack , as the item you ordered is available only in limited quantity, set by the distributor. You were informed that one pack will be sent later and you did not request refund at the time but decided to wait My colleagues also dispatched the item before they received your prescription so you can have your order sooner.
We are surprised that you bring up my colleagues will to help you as negativity and that we take payment before processing the order as most distance selling works that way.

The travel clinic is excellent. Covers all your vacinations. The lady who runs this clinic is very knowledgeable about keeping you safe on your travels and will advise you which products to buy. The pharmacy also stocks a number of items such as water filters and Mossie repellent. I have my repeat prescriptions dispensed from here and have found them very helpful and efficient. I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. I short, they are excellent

Our system sent you an automated message with the Royal Mail tracking number which you can use to track your parcel. At the moment your order is with the French postal services. We hope that you understand that the actual delivery time is beyond our control. You can use the tracking number to contact your local post office to have a more precise information about the whereabouts of your parcel. Highly recommend. Was my first time ordering medication online for my dog. Spoke to a lady a couple of times who was very helpful and received the medication very quickly. Will be using again in the future. Very good prices too.

There is no easy way to contact them. No email address, and the online form on the contact us page does not work. I still don't know if my order was cancelled which i requested. Doesn't seem like a trustworthy company.

We have investigated and found that you placed your order on 7 May, requested refund via our SAGE email address on 9 May. The same day we sent you refund and a message via our system about the refund. This message might have ended up in your spam folder depending on your email settings.
