I'd never heard of Tixel before and at first was a bit put off because it sounded painful. However, I was thankfully proved wrong after my first treatment with Sarah. It is a little uncomfortable, but completely bearable. Sarah is fantastic; I felt completely safe in her experienced hands as she talked me through the procedure. I've had my third treatment, as recommended and I am thrilled with the results. My skin around the eyes, once crepey, is tighter and smoother. I look less tired, my skin pings back now and I have ditched the sunglasses I used to hide behind. I am much more confident in my own skin which is what I hoped for.

I visited the PHI Clinic recently for a consultation with Christina. The consultation was very detailed and I was pleased to finally receive a correct diagnosis from Christina. (I visited another clinic, who shall remain unnamed as they do no deserve any publicity, a couple of years ago who incorrectly treated me and informed me I had pigmentation when in fact I had melasma). Week 3 of using the creams recommended by Christina at the PHI Clinic has significantly reduced my melasma. Instead of taking an hour trying to cover my melasma with concealer and then two foundations, I am only using one foundation. I cannot thank Christina enough for giving me my confidence back and I am looking forward to my follow up appointment in a few weeks time.

Wow what an amazing man Dr Tapan Patel is I visited him at his clinic in Harley St my self esteem was rock bottom and I was so self conscious about my sagging jowls.
Dr Patel explained my options and I decided to have an Endolift . I am so pleased with the results and have a new found confidence and I cannot thank him enough

Dr Tapan Patel has been injecting my face for around 10+ years with Juvederm and Botox. During that time I have lived abroad for significant periods of time but have never allowed another injector to do my fillers (including traveling from abroad for his treatments!). My results have always been completely natural - whenever I have told people I’ve had aesthetic work they have always been completely shocked! Over the years I really believe I have looked better and better. Recently returned from living overseas (and unable to travel during covid 🥺) I can’t wait to get my face injected again! You can completely trust Dr Patel never to give you treatments that won’t look good or imbalance your face ( despite my asking for extra lip filler on one occasion he advised against it as it would look unnatural). Also, in my last visit (approx 18 months ago? pre-covid) he advised I needed no extra filler at that time as after 14+ months it was still looking great.
I’ve recommended Dr Patel to lots of friends - also my sister who was extremely nervous - she had baby Botox to remove her lines and was delighted with the results also!
Also I must also say all the nursing staff I have met have been completely professional, charming and lovely. Fabulous clinic ! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I got referred to the PHI Clinic by a friend, and it was the best decision I have ever made. I saw Dr Apul Parikh, and from the moment I had my first consultation I knew I had made the right decision. He made me feel at ease straight away, and was so kind. It was my first time having anything done, I had botox and tear trough filler. The results are so natural which is what Dr Parikh is so brilliant at achieving. All my friends are blown away with the results and are going to book to get treatments too. I will use Dr Parikh for everything going forward as I know I am in the best hands. Being the first time I had anything done I was very nervous, but Dr Parikh is so gentle and made it such a nice experience. I would recommend Dr Parikh to anyone 100 times over. Thank you

I had 2ml of fillers done to help with my dark under eyes by Dr Parikh and it has changed my life! I feel great! Dr Parikh was brilliant, he listened to exactly what I wanted, made me feel comfortable from the start and all the way through, explained exactly what he was doing and gave me great results. I look fresh and awake but no one would ever know why which is exactly what I wanted. 100% recommend! If you’re thinking about fillers but you’re nervous then go and see Dr Parikh.

Just walked out of my MiraDry appointment and I can’t speak highly enough of Jenna and Sarah. Both were super friendly and chatty the whole time, which made the whole experience so much more pleasurable. They were also incredibly informative from start to finish on their respective areas, including the consultation. The whole procedure was expertly done.
If I need to come back to PHI it’s with the hope my procedures will be carried out by them! Even left with a suggestion as to where to have my 30th birthday!

I would like to leave feedback for Dr Apul Parikh. From my initial consultation 3 weeks ago Dr Parikh put my mind at ease he listened and talked me through the filler process. His ethos is to keep it natural which made my decision to go ahead with the recommendations made.
I came in today and went ahead with the fillers. He sensed I was nervous and went through the process step by step. I am thrilled with the results.
At no point during the whole procedure did he rush.

As well as the high quality of his work, I want to comment on his humble,soft friendly caring pressure free nature.

I had various treatments with Samantha at PHI before COVID and was satisfied. Recently I submitted two online contact forms to rebook treatment and received no answer despite getting automatic confirmations. Giving up on that I rang the clinic where the receptionist located my two enquiries but just sounded uninterested. On finding Samantha was not working there I decided not to persevere any longer with the PHI booking process and found The Lovely Clinic where an utterly charming, helpful and knowledgeable man booked me in with a minimum of fuss. PHI receptionist blamed COVID and backlog for not getting back to me. I'm getting very tired of people using this as an excuse for inefficiency, let alone sounding as if they are just not interested in the client - some staff training would profit PHI.

I have my fillers done by Doctor Parikh. He is simply lovely as well as being very talented. The ethos of looking entirely natural is what lead me to PHI. An understanding that what you're seeking is not a look that tells everyone you've had work done but that you look great without them knowing why.

Dr Tapan is absolutely amazing. He did my Botox and took so much care is listening to my concerns and offering me different solutions to best suit my needs. He was caring, funny and so friendly. I cannot recommend PHI clinic and Dr Tapan enough. Thank you

I had Co2 laser to improve the look of my
Under eye area at PHI clinic in March2020 with Dr Tapan Patel - my skin became infected and I had to put steroid and fungal cream on my eyes for 4-6 weeks afterwards. There is absolutely no change to my eyes in actual fact under one eye there is trill inflammation and a lump as pointed out tor me by a doctor in the same medical field. I must say the clinic were helpful in that they offered me sessions of V beam to see if that might take down the inflammation however this made absolutely no difference to my under eye area. Im extremely disappointed in the fact I paid over £1300 and cannot see any result and have been left with inflammation.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr.zeeshan and he’s very good and professional..he did for me the Morpheus and literally I didn’t feel any pain he’s hand were very soft mashala and even after the session my face got cooler quickly the redness was not that hard..

I have just returned from the post surgical 6 day review with Mr John Blythe following a blepharoplasty. The entire procedure has been conducted with the utmost skill and care with excellent results. Just six days after surgery and I have minimal bruising very little swelling and am absolutely delighted with the result. The procedure itself was conducted under local anaesthetic and was entirely pain free - both during the procedure and after. I have not had to resort to pain killers and followed Mr Blythe’s medication regime of tranexamic acid, antibiotics and a very short course of prednisone. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough - primarily for the skill and professionalism of all its practitioners, but also for its friendly and responsive support team. For my first experience of surgical facial aesthetics Mr Blythe’s experience, knowledge and skill has been nothing short of exemplary.

I recently visited PHI Clinic and have to say that my experience has been great. When I called, I spoke to Eka who was fantastic and kindly explained the process to me and answered all my preliminary questions.

I was thrilled with the results of my first botox treatment with the wonderful nurse Sarah. She took time getting to know my concerns and was very informative and put me at ease. A week later and I've had none stop compliments! I would highly recommend!
