Als het mogelijk was gaf ik 6 sterren!

Zeer vriendelijk en kundig geholpen door Milan en erg blij met mn nieuwe telefoon! Dussss....mocht je een nieuwe telefoon nodig hebben, loop dan eens binnen bij the Phone House in Dronten!!! De service van Milan was echt top! Hij heeft mij echt goed geholpen en ook alles van mn oude naar nieuwe telefoon overgezet....zo fijn!

Vado in negozio mandata da una ragazze della Wind3,entro da Phone House e la ragazza,rientrata in negozio mi chiede di cosa avessi bisogno,le spiego la situazione e lei risponde "E QUINDI?",già la risposta mi ha lasciata perplessa,le do la risposta alla domanda "e quindi" e lei mi dice in secco "NO",,continuo nel dirle la situazione e il perchè dalla wind3 mi hanno mandata li,e lei con aria da sufficienza,mi indica un cartello dove c era scritto il giorno e gli orari di quando c'è il tecnico,sempre con tono molto attezzoso mi dice che poi bisogna vedere se il tecnico ha la roba oppure deve ordinarla,molto maleducata nel tono,io ho sempre lavorato da commessa e tutt ora lavoro con il pubblico,non mi sono mai permessa,fortunatamente tornando alla wind3,la ragazza che era in turno,si è armata di santa pazienza ed è riuscita,perdendo un ora poverina,a sistemarmi tutto e farmi il.passagio della roba dal telefono vecchio a quello nuovo,perchè aveva capito che era un emergenza. Quindi NON ANDRÒ MAI AL PHONE HOUSE DEL CENTRO COMMERCIALE LE TERRAZZE,PERCHÈ LA COMMESSA È STATA MOLTO MALEDUCATA E INVECE DI CAPIRE IL PROBLEMA O DIRMI SEMPLICEMENTE CHE NON SI POTEVA FARE NIENTE FINO AL LUNEDÌ,HA SEMPRE RISPOSTO IN MALOMODO.

They are the biggest scam companies out here right now with their different names LIKE PHONE HOUSE OR FONE HOUSE . The both company agents calling me one after other trying to get my information bank info but I don’t gave them any information and I tried to tell them I had to think about it and then another agent called them another one called please advise you all my lovely people please don’t give them any information about your bank account please.
Because same like this happened to me about 2 years ago exact same thing and they did SCAM me one iPhone and other smartwatch.
First thing they did sent me a parcel for iPhone because I was ordered a pro max then I had to send them back and they said you need a refund the parcel because I was on work then they picked up from the house (like a pickup service) and then they sent me a smartwatch and again it was a wrong order and I had to sent it back too and they used the exact same thing pick up service and after I was waiting for my order but never received it after a week I got a letter from Vodafone contacted iPhone and smartwatch and I have to phone them back I don’t have any contracts with Vodafone.
Then I had to contact with my bank and cancel the contract on my name and complain to fraud department and clear my name.
NOW THIS TIME I WAS 100% SURE THEY WOULD BE A SCAMMER AND JUST SAY NO AND BIG NO

Big Scammers worse company ever. If I have been known to read some of reviews on this I never gone into they offer. I had paid £110 for upfront to get my iPhone 17 pro. No tracking number no parcel no contact back. Rung them messages them email multiple times no responses. I will reporting this company to Fraud Department try to stay away from this company guys.

Absolute scam company, ordered Google pixel 10 pro only to recieve a different phone, sent this back. Promised the right phone next day-took more money from bank. When we asked for the refund they said our bank details were wrong.
STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Vriendelijk begroet kom ik binnen met mijn telefoon. Dat vind ik netjes! Mijn afspraak was bekend en ook waar het over ging. Na visuele inspectie pakt de medewerker er met pincet een stuk metaal uit de laadpoort en daarna een dikke pluis. Telefoon gerepareerd en met een glimlach wordt er afscheid van mij genomen. Zo wil ik elke dag wel geholpen. Dank je wel Phone House Utrecht!

Scammers professional thives please avoidddddddddd scammers they took my money send me the wrong phone and asked me to post it back and been told no phone will be delivered to me and no deposit will be refunded I been suffering for 3 days i been sick and not well mentally and physically I got my refund from my bank and reported them to fraud department please avoid don’t answer their calls I believe in karma and they get cought the don’t deserve even that start as the system will let type of y don’t choose a start they re below 0 and professinel criminals they use Tesco mobile Tesco contract and email for fraud

Totally con ! Sold my i phone 13 pro max to them for £231 ! Then sent a e mail saying got 3 days to reply only going to give me £30 I didn’t see e mail saying something wrong inside ! Phone was in good working order I didn’t see the mail don’t use them

I’d rate my experience less than a one star to be honest. I ordered 17 pro max in silver and was sent a 17 pro in orange so I called up to say you’ve sent me the wrong phone mind you I took time off work to make sure I was in for delivery they then said the don’t dispatch my original order unless I post it back but I was at work so I left work once again to post it as they said if I post it back I could get my order the same day just evening. All of a sudden I have to pay £50 again to get my phone even though I have already paid for it or wait to be refunded to pay the 50£ which will come to me in 48hours, they spoke to me awfully to the point I cried and didn’t resolve the issue. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Mala ,nefasta . En Torrelavega me vendieron un producto que no se asemeja a nada tal y como lo vendieron . El trato es de pasota y sin buscar solución al problema, parece que se quieren reír de uno. Contraté un rentick con toda cobertura y resulta que es todo lo contrario el móvil después de un año se hinchaba la batería y la repararon estando en garantía cobrándome a mí . Después de esa reparación el móvil no me lee la sim , voy se lo expongo y me dicen que fuera yo al reparador ... En fin . Sigo pagando por un producto que no funciona

Total embarrassment, waste of my time and money. Fraud. They have taken my money from the bank twice and I received wrong 2 Iphone handset, I have ordered Samsung Galaxy Fold 4, 2 years contract, £40 pcm. Including airtime and handset. They also offered Samsung ear piece as a gift. Then they have realised sent 2 Iphone s instead Samsung Galaxy Fold 7, then sent me return QR code, my disabled wife has to arrange for someone to take it to post office. They offered as a gift pack a Samsung smart watch with Samsung Galaxy tablet. Unfortunately all was lies. They also setup 2 contract on my name with tesco mobile aswell.
I tried to reach out to anyone from phone house Unfortunately no one returned my calls. THEY HAVE STOLEN MY TIME, MY DISABLED WIFE'S TIME and MY MONEY. I WOULD SAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I still have proof and whatsapp chats.

They are so very unprofessional in their dealings with customers, very rude and arrogant, I contacted them online on 25th December ,and made a payment online of £48, after two unsuccessful attempts, payment was eventually taken from another card as they claimed they are having issues with Halifax Bank. Wrong phone was delivered and I was told to send the phone back and will be reimbursed for my postage which I did, in order for them to send me the phone I originally ordered I was asked to make another payment and all payments made will be refunded, I declined and after that they immediately refunded me back my deposit but refunded £50, and did not refund my postage for the returns Ii made.
I was later asked to pay £30 and was given a personal account to pay into (red flag which I missed) I made the payment and after over 5hours when I asked when I will receive my phone I was asked to pay another £20 for delivery authorisation and I asked why I wasn’t told that initially but the customer care guy was very rude and arrogant telling me that I just have to make the payment and no refund will be entertained, I chatted with about 4 different customer care cos since I made the application online there’s been different people chatting me from the company but they’re all the same, I have a feeling that’s their modus operandi sending a different order and asking the customers to return using their money, why can’t they provide a return postage with the delivery as other companies do. I am going to request refund from my bank as they didn’t deliver what I paid for and I have our chat history as proof.
I will strongly advise that no one deals with this company if you don’t want to go into their distressing service provided by PhoneHouse company

Ik had een nieuwe telefoon nodig en werd snel en deskundig geholpen. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Altijd zeer goede service vriendelijk personeel wordt altijd goed geholpen. Duidelijk goede uitleg mooie producten nette verzorgde winkel en zeer vriendelijk personeel. Ik kom er al jaren en ik kom elke keer terug voor al telefoons en abonnementen. Phonehouse Heemskerk.

Shocking company! Promise my phone would get delivered, never arrived. Taken my deposit, plus taken more money from me, was extremely rude staff, I couldn't understand them, they couldn't understand me, English a second language. Rang them dozens of times, won't answer the phone. Then when I finally get through, they ask me to spell my name, real language barrier. I ask when my phone is getting delivered, he say he will direct me to the person who sold me it. Then I get cut off. I leave countless voicemails, no one returns the calls. They were really rude to me, I text WhatsApp, this has gone to far, I will never see the phone, they have stolen my deposit, plus I have had my card compromised since it, and had to get a replacement card. I am going to try and get the money back, I'm not hopeful but please avoid this company. I have never experienced anything like this, dreadful business!

I was told I was expected and my phone got sent to dpd out for delivery and next minute it got recalled and all phone house was saying they don't know why and then they cancelled it not a very good company
