I'm sorry to hear that the resolution of the mural didn’t meet your expectations.
All our images are high-resolution and specifically designed to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall and viewing distance, you may notice a slight difference in how the image looks up close compared to when viewed from a distance.
That said, we truly regret that the result wasn’t what you hoped for. We do offer the option to order a printed sample prior to purchasing the full mural, so you can get a feel for the colors and the quality of the print up close.

Looks stunning when done
Easy to order. Comes from Sweden via Denmark so took a little while to come. Easy to do provided you have a completely white wall if your design has white on it or it will show. Looks stunning when done.

Our wall looks good
Our wall looks good, but we had to overlap some edges, because if you butted them together there was a white line where there was no print, not a major problem, but you can see some of the edges.

Can see every joint
I have had my wall paper installed by a professional decorator although I purchase the self adhesive paper and you can see every joint. However when you run your finger over it the papers are correctly aligned

I’m sorry to hear that the joints are visible, especially after having the wallpaper installed by a professional decorator.
With self-adhesive wallpaper, if the material is stretched too much during installation, it can temporarily expand. Once it’s released or repositioned, it naturally contracts back to its original size — which can create the appearance of shrinking and make the seams more noticeable, even when the panels are correctly aligned. Reapplying a panel can also reduce the adhesive strength, which may increase the likelihood of lifting or visible joins.

You can refer to your order confirmation/receipt to review the dimensions that were submitted and used for production. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team so we can arrange to send the glue to you immediately. Alternatively, if you have already purchased paste locally, we can refund for that cost.
