I like that is saves on plastic. Not too keen on the stain it leaves on my teacup.

Absolutely fantastic product and being on a subscription I don't have to worry about buying filters, it arrives, I renew it and update my app which then reminds me when it's next due a change.

Hi Denise,

We had already bought and used Phox products and were pleased at the difference in the quality and taste of our tap water. The Alkaline pack made the taste even better. Unfortunately, we live in a very hard water area and found that the Alkaline filter didn't last as long as the newish Hard Water filter, which is the one we're sticking with. Perhaps an Alkaline Hard Water filter next?

Hi Heather,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Really glad to hear you're loving the taste and quality of the water.
Living in a very hard water area can definitely wear out the Alkaline pack quicker, so trying the Softener filter can be the best option for you.
I've also shared your idea with our team—we really appreciate feedback like this from long-time customers like you.
Kind regards,
Ana
Outstanding quality products will continue to buy again and again Fantastic customer service

Who doesn’t like a refillable cartridge? Been using mine for over a year and it still going very strong. The refills last 45 days while other throw away brands need changing every 30 days, great value for money. I strongly recommend the Phox refills.
