The service was excellent but the…
The service was excellent but the kinesiology tape is the worst I have ever had. I have been using tape for years from other suppliers and the tape physique management tape lacks the stickiness of other tapes and is useless. It certainly does not last for five days. I’m lucky if it lasts for one or two days.

Terrible
Paid for next-day delivery, but the items did not arrive at all, let alone on the next day. They did issue a refund, and ultimately, the fault lies with Evri.

Very poor delivery and packaging
Unfortunately a very poor delivery company was used and my order was left in a unauthorised place - on a public footpath 200m from my property - this resulted in it being stolen. Physique corresponded really well with the delivery company, and a replacement order was sent out very quickly, however quite disappointed with the packaging- the bolster that I ordered was bent in half to fit in the box, which was also split open at the top.

Love the gym towels
Love the gym towels. Could not find any that had zipped pocket until I found these guys.
They wash and dry well, staying good despite frequent, hard use.
No need to go anywhere else now!

Good product,delivery high cost
Used a couple of times and the products are very good. But a £4 band with a £6.99 delivery charge is a lot, especially when postage is free a lot now a days.
I know it is good, but maybe lose the catalogue with every order might be a start.

Good customer service
The parcel arrived without any of the goods just a catalogue. However the company replaced via dpd straightaway. I would buy again if I knew they didn’t use evri.

I ordered a Clinnova Therapy couch which arrived with a slightly scuffed leg.
