I am beyond frustrated. The exact same thing described in multiple one-star reviews happened to me.

I placed an order and was told it had shipped. Then suddenly, the package was marked as "lost." After that, I was left without the product and without a proper resolution.

At this point, this doesn't feel like a one-time issue--it feels like a pattern. Customers are charged, orders are marked as shipped, and then somehow the package ends up "lost," leaving the customer with nothing. They file a claim with their shipping company and wait to be paid by them.

This experience has been unacceptable, and I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering.

I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General so this situation can be properly investigated.

Update: I have serious concerns with your response:
1. Have you read your reviews? Most of them are one star across multiple platforms, and they describe the exact same issue I experienced—orders marked as shipped, followed by “shipping problems,” leaving customers without the product and without a refund. It is very difficult to believe these are isolated incidents when the same pattern continues to occur.
2. Why am I expected to wait for your shipping issue to be resolved before I can receive a refund? This is not an issue I caused. From my perspective, my money is being held while I have nothing in return. This is unacceptable.
3. The item I ordered was intended as an Easter gift. Your website advertised delivery by Easter, which did not happen. We are now well past that date, and I no longer need the product. I requested a refund because I never received my order, which is entirely reasonable.

At this point, I am not interested in a replacement item. I am requesting a full refund for a product I did not receive.

Please be advised that I have already initiated a dispute with my financial institution and have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I am also prepared to escalate this matter further with the Office of the Attorney General if necessary.

If I do not receive confirmation that my refund has been processed within 5 business days, I will continue pursuing all available remedies.

I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.

Do not buy from this company. I paid for a 14K gold locket only to find out 3 years later that I got a gold filled one. They are giving me the run around wanting pictures, 14K stamp as proof. I have original receipt stating I purchased a solid 14K gold locket so that is what I should have received. Reputable jeweler verified Gold Filled.

Second update - Worse than ever

I received the replacement locket and chain today, 4/10/26 and I kid you not, it’s worse than the initial product. I am so disappointed as these replacement items present even more significant quality issues than the original order, further compounding my distress during an already difficult time.
The locket exhibits a toxic prominent black stain. More concerning is that this substance is transferable, leaving a residue on my finger upon handling. I have asked for a refund but they keep giving the usual Ai response that they can’t. So not only am I going to go live with this scam company, I would be suing them to court. Am so disappointed as I needed a memorial locket for my loved one. Please guys, stay away from this company.

Big scam and inconsistencies in communication. I should have read reviews before purchasing. The locket was not only dirty but also the chain was the wrong size. After a month of emailing back and forth with different lies on my product which were wrong items and the locket dirty, i have given up on them and reporting the case to my bank as a scam company. They are a big scam please beware

All consumers please be aware, this company is a SCAM! I ordered a solid gold medallion for my son and they sent a fake piece. They offer no returns and do not stand behind their products.

This company is an absolute sham. From lost item to the on-going dialogue about nothing that made me become suspicious they weren't going to do as they promised. The biggest takeaway is the quality of jewelry. I paid $175.00 for a necklace that had my husband's handwriting on it. I bet that necklace, on which his handwriting was engraved, didn't cost them $1.00. If I or anyone had seen or felt the item before I purchased it, I would have moved on. You can buy something much nicer on Etsy that will be quality and a legitimate seller. This group is a bunch of thugs selling "jewelry" that I wouldn't be caught dead in upon seeing and feeling it in person. Save your money.

I paid for and placed an order for a Personalized Religious Medal. When the package arrived, there was nothing in it! The packing slip says “Shipping by USPS: First Class Mail” but the shipper was actually Amazon. When we called we were told they would “look into it” and then when we followed up (they didn’t get back to us. We had to follow up) we were told the “claim was denied”. We paid for the medal and received an EMPTY PACKAGE! Really? Did they think we were trying to scam them for a PERSONALIZED religious medal so we could have two of them?? THEY messed up and it should have been a simple fix. We’ve called multiple times trying to speak to a supervisor to no avail. We are reporting them to the BBB. If I’d looked at some of the other reviews first, I never would have placed the order. Beware! Call it a scam, call it theft or simply bad business. Whatever you call it, order at your own risk.

Never got my order. Keep getting the runaround or no response at all. Has been many months trying to resolve this. I lost money and my kid never got his Christmas gift.

What they advertise is NOT what you get.

This company (also goes by AliviaDanny) is a SCAM. They sell garbage lockets and their laser engraving DOES NOT look like what is advertised. It is a joke. I had them replace the locket and the second one looked just as bad...and after a month it started tarnishing and the little diamond on the front popped off...and it wasnt worn that much.

Customer service was a NIGHTMARE. They couldn't track with me at all...I had probably like 30 plus emails back and forth. Sometimes they would respond as if I was a new person with an issue...and I would ask them to read the thread...It was a mess to deal with them to replace my first locket and the after I bought the second one (the replacement they "fixed") it looked just as bad- they kept saying oh send it back (on my dime) and we'll fix it- but you can't fix what is already shoddy quality. Anyway I kept pressing them for a full refund and I returned both lockets-that took weeks and they said the refund was coming and it was only a partial since they have a melting or re-stock fee on engraved products. Now that make sense but when the locket picture is dull and not vibrant (as they advertised) and the locket is falling apart and tarnishing - thats not okay. I'm not paying to be duped.

so after a month and a half of back and forth -I contested it on my credit card and got my money back....THIS COMPANY IS TRASH STAY AWAY! Don't waste your time with them I can't believe they are still in business!!

I wrote a one star review detailing the horrible experience I had with this company about two weeks ago. The company responded detailing how I should reach out so they could rectify the situation immediately.

Well I reached out to the person I was told to and they had no idea what I was talking about. They wanted me to explain the issue and situation from the start, despite having done so with another associate for over a month and through over 20 emails.

This shows this company doesn't care and will say anything to off put negative reviews. I was one of the lucky ones and got my money back. (not by the company but by bank/creditor). So again, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

EDIT*** 03/6/2026. Their response below shows they dont even read the negative reviews to begin with. I mentioned more than once in my original review and this one I was already refunded my money through my creditor. Now they want me to tell my bank to reverse that?? Why for more games? To keep the product i returned and my money? SHAM OF A COMPANY!!

I was a little worried about ordering on short notice but the package was delivered on time and correct. I ordered a name necklace for my daughter and she absolutely adored it.

Have attempted to resolve my issue with this disreputable company on multiple occasions. There lack of providing a valid resolution is incomprehensible. As a public service announcement...purchase absolutely nothing from this company...my order number was/is 1247378. Worst buying experience of my lifetime!!!

However company needs to be very clear about shipping! Package was shipped via Amazon there is no indication on order form under “shipping”

Absolute scam of a business. They charge ridiculous prices and the item is cheap and I’m not sure if it’s even real gold. I called several times to return and they say they will call me back and never do. SCAM

This is my second review to warn people not to order from this company. My Dad passed away in October, so I order jewelry with his fingerprint for xmas gifts. I never received the order. After four phone calls and two emails to the company I was told Fed Ex picked up the jewelry but does not show it was delivered. They opened a claim with Fed Ex. The claim with Fed Ex was closed on 1/29/26. I was told they would issue a replacement. It is now three weeks later, 2/19/26 and I still don't have my replacement. I have sent several messages to find out the status of my replacement. I have been told they will provide an update and the tracking information for the replacement by the end of the day or the next day, but I have not received any update as of today.

I ordered an engraved locket and necklace. The locket is beautiful! The necklace, however, broke after a couple weeks. I emailed customer service multiple times and it took a while before someone responded. I was told that I would have to pay $50 to have the necklace fixed. After spending hundreds and poor customer service, they should’ve just sent me a necklace. Instead, I’m going to purchase a necklace elsewhere due to the quality of their necklaces.

Asked to change my delivery address and never was changed so I did not receive my product.

Name appeared a bit smaller than expected.

The jewelry was described perfectly, was of a good quality, and was inscribed beautifully despite being small. Love it! The company y is very reliable!

I had 2 separate orders 1 being $124.43 order #1247406 which was for engraving, pictures installed in locket and an 18" Sterling Silver Chain. The 2nd for $151.43 order #1249504 was the purchase of a Sterling Silver Heart locket. The 2 orders were to be combined and sent to me. I only received the locket bare with nothing on it. Pictures of Gold refused to refund my $124.43 for a service I paid for that they did not provide.
