I ordered my medication 10 days ago and am still awaiting a tracking number and delivery confirmation. This in itself is a problem as the website states 48 hr delvery, but is exacerbated by poor communication, including a phone that’s never answered, and emails that take days to be responded to and which do not provide any answers. This company have taken almost £450 from my account for medication I have not received. This is totally unacceptable😡

3/11/22: Response to the company’s reply:
The company reply below is not factually correct. The company took my money for goods that they did not have in stock with the full knowledge that stock levels were an ongoing issue and significant delays would occur. The money for medication should not have taken in these circumstances as, had I known there was no stock, I would not have placed the order. It is noteworthy that other online pharmacies were more honest and posted online that they were out of stock.

When the order was not progressed following taking the money, communication was appalling with the phone line not manned most of the time and there was no answerphone facility to leave a message.

I did eventually get a refund after being persistent and making dozens of calls to the phone number over more than a week before I finally got an answer. My review was honest and accurate as I had not received a refund at the time I wrote this review. Interestingly, I finally got a refund after I told the staff member I spoke to that I had written this review! At that point he advised that they still had no stock! Yet they’d had my money for almost 2 weeks!

Excellent experience.
I have been using this pharmacy for almost an year now and they didn’t disappoint once. All this negative reviews are from fake people otherwise I cannot understand why I did not had a single problem. Always reply to my emails, questions, good advices on products and fast delivery on the orders.

Order was delayed due to error by pharmacy. Goods arrived and communication was good after initial concern over the delay. Would recommend. Thanks.

Absolute shambles of a company ! I have placed an order over 3 weeks ago, they kept delayed shipping under false pretences. Ultimately they have cancelled without even letting me know and advised me to get a similar brand which is 3 times the price of the original. Nothing but scammers !

If you read the positive review carefully you ll realise these are suspicious (see Google reviews too where they are even more obvious). Have reported to Google and here, hope they get suspended.

Paid - no pills. Emailed - no reply. Waited - still no pills. They took my money and never delivered the product. AVOID.

On 20 August I completed an order (order number 18011) . I was immediately charged and paid £44 for 60 pills (branded version). Customer service repeatedly confirmed that they would post the pills on 2 September. On 1 September I noticed a refund (12 days after ordering). I noticed that the price had increased to £169.99 for the alternative available generic pills. At no stage prior to Pill doctors refund was I informed of "stock shortages"or price increases. On 8 Sept Pilldoctor compounded their problems by claiming that they do not recognise my order number 18011 and have asked Trust pilot to verify my review. I have provided Trust pilot with the evidence. I paid the advertised asking price £44, there was no out of stock warning, they took my money and kept my money for 12 days they must have known they had no stock and could not supply, when I queried the order they told me it would be dispatched on 2 September, then on 1 September they cancelled the order and refunded me without prior notice, customer service suggested I purchase alternative generic pills for £169.99 and offered a 10% discount, and on 8 September Pilldoctor claimed they did not recognise my order number and asked Trust Pilot to verify my complaint!. I feel that Pilldoctor misled me by taking my money £44 on 20 August, telling me they would dispatch the pills to me on 2 September, then on 1 September Pilldoctor cancelled and refunded the order, and when I queried said they were out of stock and suggested I buy the available generic pills for £169.99 less 10% discount. Pilldoctor's business trading standards should be investigated. Avoid. I have since sourced 90 generic pills for £40 from a registered and reputable online pharmacy. This shows that there are better suppliers in the UK market that do not employ the tactics that pill doctor employs.
Pilldoctors response is disingenuous and misleading - the order documentation is proof that I ordered the branded pills. Pill doctor cancelled the order and subsequently suggested I buy the generic pills at £169.99 less discount. Avoid.

I am Highly recommending medication delivered in time

My medication arrived in a damaged box with no needles. I emailed to let them know as the phone just rings out. No response 😞

Same as the comment below as I'm struggling to understand many negative comments. I have ordered product , then I have called the customer service as I had question with regards to my product - the lady I spoke was really nice and very helpful. Did not have any issues with my product all has been prompted with quick delivery. Couldn't ask for better service! I definitely will be ordering again - Thank you.

I am genuinely shocked to see bad reviews about customer service. Iv had more dealings with Abie who is always been absolutely spot on and more recently Matt who has also be great. I have order a few ozempic pens and never had any bother with deliveries, once the order is confirmed (usually by Monday if I order by the weekend) it’s here within a day or two. I have recommended them to absolutely everyone who asks about my weight loss and I know of at least 7 people who have ordered since and they’ve all had good experiences. To top it off I’m nearly 2 stone down!! So thankful to the team!

Order placed on Friday night. Obviously company are closed Sat and Sun however was approved by doctor on Sun evening (great service). Pill Doctor were in touch on the Monday to say tracking info will be provided ‘soon’, status changed to shipped later that evening and was delivered by RM on the Tuesday mid morning! I’ll be honest I was so sceptical after reading all the reviews, parting with £150 and potentially waiting weeks for my order to arrive but all was completed in good time and correspondence was good!

Awful experience!! Contacting my credit card company to get my money back and Trading standards to investigate this company. They took my money and didn’t send my item for weeks (they promised 72h delivery, when the item was finally in my hands it wasn’t fit for purpose as it has to be kept refrigerated and it was in transit for unless 7 days (probably longer) The customer services is non existent and I received a bunch of emails where where people working at the same company contradict each other. Avoid this company at all cost

Order placed on the 8th of February (promising 72h delivery) - questionnaires completed prior to placing order.
9th February - Email received asking about an specific medication I take (even if this question was answered on their original questionaire). - I replied to the email promptly within minutes. Received confirmation that they have received my reply.
I worked from home, and patiently waited home without leaving the house for any reason for the next 6 days. They promised 72h delivery!
15th February - Received exactly the same message I received on the 9th February, asking exactly the same question that they have acknowledged on the 9th they have received a reply for. This is the 3rd time I’m asked exactly the same thing, I gave them exactly the same answer I had the previous 2 times! This time I told them that if they don’t send the item immediately they must issue a refund. As how many more times they’re gonna asked the same question? When I have provided the answer 3 times already! Waited home for further 3 days, item not received and had to finally leave my home. Do they expect us to wait in our home indefinitely until they bother too send the item? They never said they have posted the item so I assumed they had issued a refund as requested by me when it was obvious they couldn't deliver what I was promised.
But their own admission they only bothered to post the item on the evening of the 17th (10 days AFTER I placed the order) By the time it was in my hands on the 23rd it was too late! It has been in transit so long that it wasn't fit for purpose as it has to be kept refrigerated.
23rd February - Received an email from Pill doctor apologizing for their truly awful service, acknowledging their endless mistakes, and asking me to send the item back for a refund. My reply was simple, this is your mistake, so either arrange collection or send a prepaid label! I have already spent hours dealing with this.
At this point they said ‘someone’ would call me. I told them I only communicate by email (advisable to have proof of everything, good thing I did).

Suddenly they said something complete opposite of what happened and what they themselves admitted to be their mistake on their emails. I never placed an order and left immediately after. I placed an order with plenty of time and waited home for over 10 days after being promised a 72h delivery. I placed the order with plenty of time before going away, as I wanted to be home to receive it. They simple didn’t deliver and admitted to have make a mess of my order. Suddenly you leave them a bad review and they completely change the facts ( these facts are easily proven, as I have a full record of ALL their emails and their own contradictions). The amount of hours I have to spent dealing with this, to get my money back is ridiculous, and Trading standards will be investigating as this company is under their radar.
You’ve been warned! Avoid this company, a mistake could happen and they could have easily put it right, but they topped up their mistakes with errors and contradictions, and plain dishonestly. Always communicate by email, this way you have written proof of everything.
Note: If they bothered to spend half the time they spend replying to bad reviews contacting customer maybe the company wont be in so much trouble. This company and their representatives have been caught in so many lies that I trading standards could write a whole manual. I haven't refused to speak with any managers, but asked for ALL communication to be done in written form, ideally by email. I have sent them SEVERAL emails and received no REPLY, (after they realise I caught them lying, they dont want to reply by email to avoid having written proof incriminating themselves! They want to talk on the phone so they can deny everything. A bit too late as we have overwhelming proof and by their own admission they didn't send the item in a timely manner, and made a mess of everything!) Anyway as they haven't bothered to reply to my emails, I've done my part and informed the appropriate agencies that would be dealing with this awful company. Save yourself a headache, there are honest companies out there, this isn't one of them!
