I ordered medication as i just moved home and needed a prescription urgently! They took my money which was £69.99 and havent heard from them since. I get no answer from phoning them now it seems that my number has been blocked! Sent emails no reply AVOID THIS COMPANY so angry i wanna drive down too there romford office to get my money back prey on people who need medication is disgusting should be ashamed of your selfs!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! The codeine is far from real!!! I waited a week to receive them after I was told it would be the next day, I messaged every day and got NO RESPONSE!! When I finally got an email back they were SO RUDE, I was told I couldn’t have a refund even though I wanted to send them back! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They are a SCAM! Never in a million years are the codeine actually codeine, they probably have about a quarter of a mg in them IF THAT!! SHOCKING SERVICE, SHOCKING COMMUNICATION AND SHOCKING COMPANY!!!! AVOID!

First time user of this company and my experience so far is very positive, I was supplied with a tracking number which helped me stay in for the postman this morning, no fuss and good service, I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to any family or friends who might need their services.

In these days I seldom use this term sadly with customer service failing and in decline. My discectomy condition is not deemed "Urgent" by my GP and have to wait 5 weeks for an appointment which not their fault, its simply down to not enough GP's and far too many patients.

However, step forward, PillDoctor...Im able to walk again and my operation in 4 months doesn't seem so far away now.

Was apprehensive at first about using the internet but this has confirmed there are reliable GP's online and willing to help, keep up the good work.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - The tablets are FAKE.
My request was approved and money taken immediately. I then reviewed their reviews and they are awful. The 5 stars are all fake reviews. The 1 star reviews are genuine! I then quizzed via the online chat if the meds are genuine and was told yes. I then told them I am a reporter running a story on online pharmacies. Surprise surprise they stopped replying, wouldn’t tell me who the doctor was that approved my request, and then an email came through telling me they are refunding me. Money that has NOT been received yet. If they don’t refund me then I’ll go to the Police. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

I just s want a reply to the emails I have sent and a tracking number for the item I ordered yesterday - I’ve replied to the email a number of times that asks you to ask for the tracking number but no response

I don’t know why this is so difficult for this company to sort out. My problem is that I live in a rural area and have to organise for signed for items to be received by somebody. The products are good but the uncertainty over if or when the order will arrive just isn’t good enough

Have had a few delivery issues but hopefully all resolved now and with that in mind I am happy to leave this review.

Absolutely awful company. I ordered an item on Monday morning, the company advertises that if you order early on a weekday your item will be delivered the next working day. The order was completed and approved by Monday afternoon and as I had paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 I assumed I would receive it the next day, no tracking number was given but I waited in anyway, it did not arrive. A second 'completed' e-mail arrived on the Tuesday, again no tracking number. I emailed back asking for a tracking number and received one a few hours later. I searched the number on Royal Mail's track and trace and it showed 'sender preparing item'. Wednesday came around and AGAIN I waited in, no delivery. I sent an e-mail to the help department to ask what was going on only to be ignored. Thursday comes around, the tracking service still shows 'sender preparing item' still no email, I waited in for the THIRD time this week, of course no delivery. Today is Friday and there is still no change to the tracking details and no response from the company so it's beginning to be clear that I will not receive a response or my item and I have also lost £75. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will have to take this matter further unfortunately as it is basically theft. Very disappointed. Order no; #79222
