You better like what they give you because they will not answer any emails or instagram dm’s. I purchased some emblems and was not a fan of how they fit. I emailed them hours after I received the product and they did not answer. I tried dming them on instagram and they didn’t even open the message. They say they have a 30 day return window on their site but they’ll never send you a return label or return any messages. On top of that the shipping takes forever to get to the US. Do yourself a favor and just buy somewhere else. Pinalloy definitely does not care about their customers.

I ordered bmw badges for front, rear and wheel badges. Product arrived and is very sub par. First they are not badges and only stickers that go over the existing badges…Low quality adhesive and flimsy. Would like to return them. Zero response in months of many emails. Stay away from this company and would not recommend.

I have made a recent purchase and same experience as the previous recent review, zero response after I have emailed them three times regarding my recent order. I am looking to cancel a product prior to shipping. Let’s even see if the products arrive.

To start off my experience with pinalloy I received a set of damaged mirror caps, but surprisingly when I emailed with pictures showing damage they very quickly sent another set to replace the damaged ones which was amazing. This all happened in April of 2019, fast forward to February of 2020 I start to notice that my mirror caps are breaking down and getting damaged. For my job I constantly fly to another part of the state I’m in so my car is always parked in a garage with no sun exposure and has always had a car cover on it, my car is lucky to be driven more than 7000km’s a year
So to see the mirror caps breakdown is quite strange as I do so much to protect the car whilst I’m home and away.

I emailed pinalloy in February and I received no reply so I messaged the Facebook page but again no reply, I messaged one more time in February, another in April and then finally in December but again they have not replied to any of these messages.
I decided to reach out to their Instagram page in October but again no reply. So after emailing, messaging on social media and waiting almost a year for a reply I decided to leave a negative review in December 2020 but surprisingly they responded to that negative review by deleting it and have still not reaching out to me. So as a last resort I’ve decided to leave a review on here as well as a google. Please avoid dealing with this company as they have 0 respect for their customers and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
