I had some delays when I first approached Pink but at the second time of asking it all went perfectly well. Tom in particular was superb, he clearly understood my situation and made the numbers work, getting a very quick approval for the finance and ordering the car.

2nd vehicle we have leased from them, absolutely seamless. Great response to any questions, not just be email, but also direct phone calls... such a bonus...

After a very difficult start with significant communication gaps that caused a lot of stress ahead of my existing lease expiry, Pink Vehicle Leasing’s management team stepped up and demonstrated true accountability. Josh handled my escalation flawlessly, providing honest updates and sourcing a great alternative stock car on excellent terms to fit my strict timeline. The car was delivered successfully on Friday. Mistakes happen in supply chains, but the professionalism and dedication shown to turn a stressful situation around so successfully was outstanding.

Took short of 5 weeks to receive my car and had to regularly chase for updates. The comparison price wasn’t available as, ‘the colour was out of stock’, the alternative colours were then more expensive.

Awful service, they seem to delegate everything to their finance company Alphabet, who are unreachable on the phone number provided. Car booked in for a recall issue, first in queue, last to be finished, 3hour wait for what I was told would be a one hour job. Missed work commitments as a result. Would never use either of these companies again
