Just an office person so I can only comment on the ordering side of things, no idea of quality, if it was delivered in time, if it was even delivered etc. Placing an order is always simple with this supplier.
I keep getting daily emails saying about leaving reviews so here we go, pointless me doing it as I do not know if the products have even been received yet and cannot comment on the quality or service

Poor data protection
I called to advise someone had changed my delivery addresses. They said no it hadn't even though I sent them a screenshot. Logged on for a second time, similar issues, they advised creating an order through a pro forma invoice. The invoice they sent me was someone else's order!! I think data protection is a major issue for this company.

Bought through Amazon Pay, little communication after purchase, does not show as an Amazon order, sadly posted out using the awful Royal Mail so took much longer than expected to arrive

Will definitely use them again
Really happy to have discovered pipelagging.com. I was searching online for different sizes of pipe insulation and was checking the usual places (B&Q, Amazon, eBay etc.) but these guys have a far greater product range and had every size/type that I required. Very good value for the price and I would definitely use them again.
Delivery charge was pretty steep at £7.50 and despatch did seem a bit slow, but that is a minor point.
However, I would highly recommend that they use a different courier as DHL are totally unreliable and tell lies!
DHL emailed me to say the order had been delivered and signed for by me which was a total lie, as I had been working at home by a window that has a clear view of the front door all day and they had not delivered it. I later wondered up the road trying to locate the front door that was shown in the delivery photo and it turned out that my order had been delivered to someone else's address 5 doors up the road, and this person wasn't even in, so no way it could have been signed for as DHL stated! My order was simply left on the doorstep at the wrong address, and during the run up to Christmas parcel thieves are on the up, not impressed with DHL at all!
