Schnelle zuverlässige Lieferung

Manche Sale Produkte sind nicht lieferbar, obwohl sie als verfügbar angezeigt werden. Das könnte besser gemacht werden.
Ansonsten ist die Lieferung des von mir bestellten Produktes schnell und zuverlässig abgelaufen.

Plates arrived damaged - cant get a refund

Package arrived damaged with 1 plate out of 4 smashed. The packaging and protection was completely inadequate for shipping crockery. We complained and asked for a refund. they replied "shame about that. Give us feedback". Their app would not work to allow us to repeat our request - we had already sent photos. Hopeless company, hopeless website and app.

Teppich mit starker Ausdünstung

Ich habe einen wunderschönen Teppich bestellt, der aber so unsagbar chemisch riecht, dass man Kopfschmerzen von dem Geruch bekommt. Ich habe den ersten Teppich reklamiert, der auch noch dazu mehrere Fehler hatte. Ich musste ihn auf meine Kosten zurücksenden. Durch den Umzug in das neue Lager, habe ich nun mehrere Wochen auf den neuen Teppich warten müssen, der optisch wirklich schön ist, aber wieder genauso unerträglich riecht. Ich hatte den ersten Teppich mehrere Wochen bei geöffnetem Fenster liegen lassen, doch der Geruch ist nicht verschwunden. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, ich weiß nicht wie ich den unsäglichen Geruch entfernen kann. Der Teppich ist sonst sehr schön und ich würde ihn wirklich gern behalten, aber mit diesem Chemiegeruch ist das unmöglich.

Site mensonger sur délais et service client, arnaque

J'ai commandé un pied de lampe le 25 avril, avec une livraison indiquée en 2-3 jours. Nous sommes le 14 mai et je n'ai toujours aucune nouvelle. Service client injoignable : numéro de téléphone inactif et emails sans réponses. Site non fiable, fuyez.

Er wordt niets geleverd.

Twee weken geleden een bestelling geplaatst en betaald. Alles (zijdebloemen, vaas en kaarsenhouders). Nog steeds niets ontvangen en geen enkele communicatie vanuit Pipstudio. Heb vorige week gebeld en het enige wat de medewerker adviseert is om de order te annuleren en dat je je geld retour krijgt. Een rare gang van zaken.

Geen communicatie & geen levering

Een bestelling geplaatst op 25 april met de belofte online: vandaag bestellen is morgen geleverd. Nu is een dag of twee rondom Koningsdag acceptabel maar er is nu al meer dan een week 0,0 communicatie. Geen reactie op navraag per mail.

Wij willen graag het door ons bestelde vloerkleed ontvangen.

Geen levering!!

Ik heb op 26 april behangrollen besteld en tot op heden nog steeds niet binnen. Vandaag contact gehad met de klantenservice , die gaf aan het niet te weten wanneer de behangrollen verzonden worden. Op de website staat, volgende dag in huis. Dit klopt dus niet. Volgende week komt de behanger , dus dit is erg vervelend!!!!

They never sent my order and treated me terribly!

I placed an order from Pip Studio over a month ago, and I still haven’t received it. Instead of the porcelain I ordered, they sent me a completely wrong item — a cooking pan! Rather than correcting their mistake in a professional way, they asked me to return the incorrect item myself.

Despite the inconvenience, I showed understanding and personally went to the courier with my baby to return the item they wrongly sent. However, after all that effort, I have received nothing in return — no correct order, no refund, and absolutely no proper communication.

I’ve sent multiple emails and never received a reply. Their customer service is completely unresponsive and seems uninterested in solving anything.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I lost my time, my money, and my trust. While their products may look nice online, their service is a total failure.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. I will never order from Pip Studio again.

Ich finde ja das Geschirr super schön

Ich finde ja das Geschirr super schön. Doch als ich es am Ostersonntag (Ostergeschenk) ausgepackt habe, waren eine Tasse und ein Teller kaputt. Hier sollte man sich überlegen ob man das Geschirr vielleicht in Kartons packt, und nicht nur in Papier.

The tray came in chipped and no response from Pip Studio

The tray came in chipped. It was not wrapped well. I have been on chat with a "bot" 3 times as of today. I get the same pre-scripted response. I am prioritized and someone will get back to me. It is 3 weeks now and no one has gotten in touch with me. This company is a scam.

Op de email wordt niet gereageerd

Op de email wordt niet gereageerd, chat ook niet, telefoon ook niet. Bestellingen worden de volgende dag geleverd staat er op de site, ook niet waar, ik heb 12 april besteld en nu op 17 april nog niks.
Staat wel in post nl. Nog niet ingeleverd.
Jammer dat zo'n mooi product zo'n slechte service heeft
