Pizza Express Avaliações 

Tried to book a table for 2 at Pizza Express Albert Dock Liverpool. Was told that the restaurant was fully booked. Walked past the restaurant 60 minutes after the time of my booking and half the restaurant was empty. Seems like they don’t want bookings after all. Won’t bother again

Called into Pizza Express at Macclesfield last night as we were working on installing the towns Xmas lights. Great Service from Tatiana. She was so attentive, kind and friendly. We weren't too sure about some of the menu and she was able to guide us and described the food very well. She made sure we had plenty to drink, offered us the desert menu and coffee after, we didn't want that, but nevertheless, everything was offered to us. The pizza was delicious. Tatiana made us so welcome and we would definately go there again. Many thanks.

Pizza Express has reached a new low, selling a 10-inch pizza for £16.75, and they no longer mention the size. Plus, it arrived cold, again. Initially, I thought I got the kids' pizza by mistake as it used to be a normal size last time I ordered. This is the last time I am ordering pizza from them.

It took 1.5 hours to get some doughballs and a pizza. In Stirling.
Pizza was very oily. Had ordered extra anchovies. They were there but you could barely see them.
Very poor visit.
Wouldn't go unless you don't mind a long wait.

Just eaten at Pizza Express Cobham and had the worst service experience ever. A dark haired Italian waitress was extremely rude twice. I have never been spoken to like that in a restaurant before. We also asked for some crayons for the two little girls we had with us and was told we’d be brought some when there was some available (by the same We never got any despite seeing some people who came in after us get some crayons. Service was very slow as well as rude. I’ve always loved pizza express but will never go back to this branch.

We arrived at a door of the Centre MK branch, that enters the restaurant from an open area, to be told(v politely) that the entrance is at the other end of the store. Fair enough, no biggie
We stood at that entrance for 5 minutes before a lady even acknowledged us. We had walked past her as she was sorting cutlery. My daughter approached to ask about being seated, to be told bluntly that there was a 15 wait. We counted at least 7 tables that were empty from door. There was another area we couldn’t see that was presumably as “full”.
We ordered via a machine, which amazingly asked for a tip!!!! Astonishing.
Two groups in our party, and I received my food 10-15 minutes after the first half of our party, and only then because I asked for an update.
Really really disappointed

Pizza Express Maidstone - My friend and I arrived at 19:40 and waited to be seated. After 5 minutes, a waitress came over and seated us. She firstly had to find a table as 7 tables had still not be cleaned down.
After we were seated, about 2 minutes later, another waiter came over and said they were no longer serving and we needed to leave. I should point out that another table arrived about 3 minutes before us and were seated and orders taken.

I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. Why were we seated if they weren't serving? What restaurant stops seating guests at 19:45?

While the hospitality industry cries out for help and bemoans the current climate, Pizza Express staff couldnt care less. Talk about taking your customer base for granted.

Please don't support these guys. Fix up your act or do us all a favour and close.

I booked a table upstairs at the Holborn Pizza Express as I had rewards/discount vouchers from the app that I know won't be accepted downstairs at the Live venue. I was refused the table I booked and asked to go downstairs for health and safety reasons 😆 The real reason is profit! We found an alternative reasonably priced pizza restaurant in the local area instead. Well Done P Exp, 2 less customers and a poor review. The Live events are excellent abd good value so it's a pity about the dining policy.

Ashford Designer Outlet Pizza Express! I would review food however after waiting 10 minutes to be seated looking at 5 empty tables. Several staff members just looked at myself and my family and just walked by leaving us to wait by sign to be seated... Not even a hello... Shocking service. If u r at the outlet go to another company like we did.

I’m a mother so before anyone jumps down my throat….We to the Trinity Rd SW17 restaurant to have an anniversary lunch with some neighbours
The noise inside was horrific but as there were children being loud and boisterous, expected it would be contained. It got worse with a child screaming a full blown tantrum for 20 minutes . If I had been on my own with my husband I would have left but as there were others , we said we had ordered so would ride it but it was out the most uncomfortable lunch I had ever experienced. The parents never reacted as I would have hoped and let the child scream ! The staff did nothing and my meal and anniversary was , to say the least , ruined. I now see Pizza Express has only a 2 star …should have looked first ! I mentioned the excessive screaming to server who shrugged her shoulders and said she usually doesn’t work on Thursdays. ….. shameful reaction.
Horrible experience. I would have never allowed my children to behave this way and spoil other diners experience. And the standard of the food has dropped too as I have been there several time previously. Give this a miss ..most definitely!

Fantastic meal! Service by Freya was perfect and the food was quality. We had 3 courses each and we all enjoyed it. It was lovely and light and didn't sit heavy in stomachs which is fab for 3 courses. The childrens menu is varied and large portions too. The offers make it great value for money. Freya in particular made it very special for my daughters birthday. We all left with smiles and very happy

In this company how big it is, all the dough products are frozen. Everything, even pizza dough, is taste like and is a big shame

Relating to St.Benedict’s Norwich, Norfolk branch . Used this restaurant for 35 years and always rated it 5* . It was superb . But unfortunately it has fallen a long way . Mismanaged booking for a large number. Then given a table made up of small tables shoved together as our table had been given to a smaller party . Our table was unlit dark and dingy whereas other tables were bright and well lit . We ordered starters to then be told half of them were unavailable. Same thing happened with desserts . Big delays between everyone getting their food . The pizzas were a disgrace. Sloppy bit ropey . Difficult to cut through the stringy base for several of us. Hardly any toppings and over baked .
The waitress was brilliant, but she was the only saving grace. The place is severely understaffed. I recommended thjs place to my guests based on past experiences. I can’t see myself or any of us ever going back. Another good restaurant lost . Such a shame. Must be a different chef and new management. They’re not good at what they do.

Die Familien Pizza die ich heute Bestellt habe, hat leider leider nicht mehr die gewohnte Qualität. Auch der Belag ist weniger geworden. Schade , liebes Personal, Sparen bitte nicht um jeden Preis!!!!!!

Exeter branch - visited 18 months ago, excellent food and service although very busy. Feb 2025 visited Newquay branch - excellent food, service and cocktails although very busy. Decided after good meals previously to go back to Exeter in May - food not up to scratch pizzas burnt and ingredients missing. Today,at 13.45 with some Tesco clubcard vouchers, visited Exeter as close to home, waiter said they could provide a pizza in 10mins , then he said vouchers weren't for takeaway (on checking it does say no takeaway with vouchers) so asked to eat in, asked for one pizza but was going to have sides and wine. Although many tables empty inside and out, told no tables for 3 hours as they 'had a big party coming in,' but could not see anybody waiting. We weren't going to be staying long as
only 2 of us, felt that he didn't seem to care. We won't be revisiting Exeter branch again which is a shame as they were previously so good.

Das Döner Fleisch schmeckt fad und alt, das Brot ist pappig, die Pizza war zu teigig und halb roh, nicht durch gebacken. Der Pizza Belag schmeckte ranzig und roch stark nach Schimmel.
Keinesfalls zu empfehlen, es gibt in Zittau wirklich sehr gute Läden woanders zu ähnlichen Preisen, da sollte dieser Laden eher wieder geschlossen werden für immer

Visited pizza express in Maidstone for our sons birthday. Even though the lady that greeted us was pleasant and friendly we were disappointed with the cleanliness of what we had on our table. Cutlery with finger prints on it, dirty water jug and all four water glasses looking like they hadn’t been put in the dishwasher. I accept that may one glass could be dirty but not all four. Put us off that we just upped and left prior to ordering anything. As a regular customer, I was disappointed in the standards of cleanliness.

Food tasteless and quality very poor, will not be visiting pizza express again. Used to be really good what happened

Welwyn Garden City gave up waiting for food and left after 1 hour.
