We went out for a dinner in pizza express in Epsom. We were welcomed by Heather, she was very friendly and professional. Drinks and food arrived with timely manner and everything was delicious. Definitely will be coming back.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could. I went to pizza express 2 months ago, ordered food to be collected at a certain time. I got to the restaurant was handed my food, I got home and it was cold. I’d received an email saying my food had started being prepared 40 minutes before it was due to be collected that I didn’t see until after I’d gotten my food. The restaurant stated it was because they were busy. I spent £70 on this order. I went back and forth between a senior manager who stated I should have checked the food was okay at the restaurant. Why would I take out £70 worth of food to check? She was also made aware of the fact it was prepared 40 minutes before my pick up time but said it was just a guideline rather than a guarantee, so don’t offer it. She then went onto to state they would give me some complimentary vouchers as a gesture of goodwill, but these vouchers had conditions - to spend £25 in order to use it. No. You had £70 of mine already and gave me cold food, then want me to spend more money rather than issue a refund. So I said I wasn’t happy with this, she said she would give me a £30 voucher instead but I would lose the other two ‘complimentry vouchers’
It is now the 17th March and I still haven’t received it. This conversation happened on 11th January…so will not be returning to pizza express.

The food it was delicious and the member of staff very friendly and very polite it was a tall Greek gentleman

After approx one hour we had still not been served our food. When we enquired as to when we might be served, we were told, by the manager, they were short staffed because their some servers were in Indonesia!
Customer care and service third rate.
Staff clueless and useless.

My son had his 6th birthday party @pizzaExpress Ashford outlet! He wn his friends loved it! And they loved @natty the host! He was fantastic with the children an made the atmosphere really fun for them! Will definitely be back and recommending to others!! Thank you!

Terrible food and service

I visited Xscape Castleford Pizza Express on 1/3/25 with my friends family. The member of staff that dealt with us was called Lee, he was absolutely amazing!!!! He went over and above for us, he knew exactly what we needed and delivered. Beautiful guy! Deserves a raise!

We visited Pizza Express at West Quay in Southampton today, a regular favourite of ours. As always, the pizzas were superb & our waitress, Zoe was lovely & very helpful with regards to using the Pizza Express app.

Exceptional service, attention to detail and amazing experience dining here. Tony our waiter was so friendly, efficient and went the extra mile throughout our meal. From his friendly approach, engaging with both my young children, letting them prepare their dessert with him in the kitchen, to being overly accommodating with dietary requests. Thank you Pizza Express West Wickham and thank you very much Tony!!!

Dreadful from start to finish and not for the first time.

Takeaway ordered through Deliveroo. My credit card was charged before I'd submitted an order! Food was never delivered. No refund. Very unhelpful..passed the buck to Deliveroo. Deliveroo are also terrible.

Do not order from Pizza Express or Deliveroo. Fraudsters.

Possibly the worse experience we've had in a restaurant - Basildon Festival Leisure. Hour and a half for starters. Complaints from multiple tables and the family opposite walked out. Mains cold. No communication and very defensive staff, due to the fact that they were short staffed - which was somehow our fault. Never again.

Placed online order for collection at 7pm.
Did not get my order until 7:24pm
Was waiting 30 minutes.
It was Valentines day. Maybe they should have ordered more staff.
They also got my order wrong.

Today I have a best pizza ever with great service from Lewis.

Had a takeaway on 2nd feb25 .It was cold and unappealing . All the topping on our starter had rolled off!!. Will not use again .

Bill incorrect (4 for 3 offer needed pointing out and was grudgingly amended)
Many desserts not available

Just wanted to say that I was so impressed with the service that we received from all of the staff at Pizza Express in Bluewater. We visited on Saturday and one of our party was in a mobility scooter and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Even though they were really busy, they still made the time to make us feel at ease and they were also very accommodating in finding us a place to leave the scooter. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was great too. Thank you, five stars, totally recommend!

I went with my family to the West Quay Pizza Express in Southampton for my grandparents anniversary. We had Zoe serving us and she is amazing as always. She made the day special for my grandparents and even took a picture of us for them to take home which was such a sweet gesture and made them really happy. She made sure we were well watered and fed. She helped my brother who is celiac by confirming that the pastas can be gluten free and even showed him the order to confirm she had put it in GF. We had the best food and best service. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you Zoe for making the day extra special
