Was in Worcester branch tonight manager and staff fighting over stolen unpaid wages, manager acted super unprofessional then started acting like a hard man after the staff left, manger acted like a child demanding keys back, I will not be back if the company does not pay its staff properly as that pure disgusting as the manager came off as a total idiot.

We recently hosted our daughter's 9th birthday party at Pizza Express in Harlow, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible experience. The staff were absolutely amazing—so welcoming, friendly, and full of energy. They ran the entire party from start to finish, keeping the kids entertained and making everything run smoothly. The food was delicious, and all the children had a fantastic time. It was a stress-free, fun-filled celebration that didn’t cost a fortune. Thank you, Pizza Express Harlow, for making our daughter’s birthday so special! Highly recommended for kids' parties.

Rubbish service order came in scattered and when I called to report the condition in which my order was delivered the lady who pick up the phone rude with no customer service manner. Rubbish service and rubbish customer service.

Talking about Epsom branch Pizza Express.

Food was okay but the service was horrible. We had a bad experience on Sunday. The short haired waitress was rude and disrespectful and billed us twice for the same item which we did not notice until later. I wouldn't recommend this Pizza Express to anyone

Hampton Court Pizza Express
We have just had some great pizzas at Pizza Express Hampton Court. The meal was really great and made even better because we were served by Rosa, who was really lovely, funny, kind and professional. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Rosa

Yet another pizza express where the stuff are so lovely but over worked seriously under paid and dealing with 100 deliveroo orders b4 anyone sitting in to !! Honestly pizza express you have become a money making machine and that’s all u bloody care about!! a disgrace

We really enjoyed our meal at Plymouth's Theatre Royal Restaurant.
We dined pre-show at PizzaExpress there.
The staff are welcoming, friendly, and efficient.
Our Romana La Reine pizza's and mixed salad were delicious.
We didn't rate the Birthday IPA though, it was the worst IPA we have ever tried. Really lacking any flavour, cheap tasting.
If you're an IPA lover - avoid it. You'll be terribly disappointed.

Really happy to see Cornish Orchards Cider on the menu - We will be sticking to that next visit.
Always a good flavour and much better value than the miserable tasting Birthday IPA.

For years i have been a fan and also long running Gold member. It takes one bad experience and bad senior staff attitude to make you think twice about spending your money at PE. Especially when they have cut the portions, raised the prices and moved away from quality to a downgrade. Still, it wasn't that, it was what the senior head of the branch where i dined, and her attitude that changed everything forever. Sel a view PE

They did not let me have a different side. I even offered to pay extra. They did not have things on the adult menu that they had on the kids menu. They undercooked my chicken and therefore I had to ask for them to cook it more- I had already been waiting over half an hour. They're service was terrible and I find the staff members rude, I would not recommend going here.

Margherita pizza ordered. Wafer thin and tasteless. Didn't even touch the sides. What a disappointment 😔

Pizza Express, Cribb Causeway, Ordered a takeaway via just eat, Order arrived within 15 minutes of the delivery time.
Pizza was cold, Dough Balls, cold,

Just eat refunded £9.38.
Pizza Express refused to take any responsibility for the poor quality food.

I asked for mayonnaise or any type of sauce they dont have any they gave me garlic butter!!!!!! I was happy to pay for a dip but they only said they had Cesar dressing??

Only one waiter was working in the entire Newmarket branch, and he said the chef was not in. He cooked all the orders himself whilst extremely stressed. There was not even water despite it being 25 degrees outside, and our food was disgusting.

We had already driven from another Pizza Express 20 miles away that was closed in the middle of the day and had a handwritten note on the door.

We have been going to Pizza Express for thirty years...and our experience with both branches in unbelievable.

I have been quite loyal and satisfied customer of Pizza Express for over a decade. Unfortunately I have find the recent changes so disappointing that I’m writing a review on here.

First the Buddha salad has no humus, costs more and was under whelming. But my biggest disappointment came when I saw the changes to the rewards clubs, there is little to no savings for me at the Silver or Gold. They need to find other ways to reduce costs as these changes are going to drive customers away.

Very poor. Their pizzas are very cold and service is pathetic. Overpriced as well.

Ordered 2 x dough balls to start and 2 pizzas and 2 beers. Beers arrived quite quickly, then a bit of a lengthy wait for food. Waiter turns up with the 2 pizzas, I said we had ordered dough balls to start so can you take them off the bill please. He came back with 1 portion of dough balls and said they were comp. When the bill came both dough balls were on the bill, explained that we didn’t get the 2 and the other guy said they were comp. He came back with another bill, this time with 1 portion of dough balls on the bill. I said I’m not paying for them as he said they were free as they arrived after the pizza. He goes off and produces the final bill, we paid and his attitude was absolutely disgusting when we said thanks he threw our copy of the receipt on the table and stormed off… you guys were in the wrong don’t be so bloody rude… never EVER going to the steam Pizza Express again!!!

On a visit before going to the Ustinov Theatre in Bath ,my Father and I went to the saw close Outlet at PizzaExpress.
We ordered a margarita pizza and a pepperoni pizza and We had a side dish of coleslaw . Both pizzas were tasteless, very thin and Coleslaw was equally tasteless and very dry. Despite this , the service was good ,And staff was faultless. It was the mediocrity of the product that undermined the staffs good intentions. We suggest a review of the quality of their products.
Unless there’s a dramatic change , is it unlikely that any of our family will use PizzaExpress again .

Visited in Stockport today. Disappointing, lasagne was tasteless, seemed to be a frozen bland offering that was microwaved to boiling point. Kids starter dough balls came with a tomato and cucumber salad that had definitely seen better days. Very overpriced for what we got.
