I ordered a couple bottles of my favorite body lotion and message oils from planetrx.com a week ago, my internet was down at home so i called in to their customer service asking them if I could place an order over the phone, the customer service representative helped me immediately without any questions and my order was at my front door a few days later. I had none of the problems or issues that was addressed by other reviews on this site. I'm very happy with their company, I certainly will be coming back for more in the future.

I bought Terra chips from planetrx.com last week for my son who needs a packed snack everyday for school. They sold in bulk. I'm usually very careful to where i purchase snacks for my kid because of quality issues. To my surprise, this website offered amazing discounts, fast shipping and the chips arrived in perfect shape. I'm a very happy mother.

I ordered a bottle of Calcium from planetrx last tuesday on 5/26, just got my order today despite the holiday weekend. this company offers fast shipping .... this is impressive. I had a good experience, will be ordering with them again in the future for my vitamins as they have great prices too.

when the online craze first started i was hesistant to purchase any grocery or perishable goods online because of quality concerns but it's different with planetrx.com
I thought it was an ordinary online drug store website, but i was wrong they carried my favorite teas and coffee brands with prices cheaper than Amazon, this was a pleasant surprise, I will be coming back for more.

On time delivery with great packaging ! i'm a very satisfied customer.

this store is similar to walgreens, cvs, duanereade, etc. its convenient though that they have a good product selection. im a pretty avid shopper of health, medicine cabinet, organic etc type of stuff. so im always on the look out for inexpensive online sites.

I ordered a product and spent a good amount on it. However, it was the wrong size. The company authorized a return but still has not credited my account for the original purchase. It has been over 3 months anc they can't even process a simple return!? They are unethical and unprofessional in their practices. Do not order from them.

I have ordered from Planet Rx in the past without problems. I am an international customer, and in order to estimate shipping cost, must put items in the shopping cart, as there is no shipping calculator. At that point you can place the order or delete the items, like any other online merchant. As said, I have done this in the past without problems, and have placed 2 previous orders with them with complete satisfaction. This time I went to delete the first item because the shipping charge was too high, and instead of deleting the item, the form placed the order, thanked me, and charged it without authorization to a credit card I had previously used. Within a FEW SECONDS, I found on the order form the button marked \"change or cancel order\", clicked it and got a message saying it was too late; my order was being processed! Then I received a confirmation email that showed NO ITEMS ON IT, just a shipping charge for $27.40. I emailed the company with the details of their malfunction, and a copy of the blank invoice. They sent me back a filled in copy of the order, admitted there was an error, and asked if I still wanted to cancel the order. Within 49 minutes of them sending me that email, I replied saying, \"Yes, please cancel. I will order later when I have additional items to make the shipping charge practical\". Next day, I get a shipping confirmation, and notice from my bank that I have been charged. I emailed Planet Rx back asking WTF is going on. They wrote back saying there is nothing they can do. The order was shipped, and if I want to return it I should click on the \"return wizard\" button. When I did, I got a \"404\" message that the web page is no longer available. I am absolutely shocked by the unethical business this company is conducting with a previously satisfied, repeat customer. Their system screwed up; they admitted it, but still shipped and charged the order without my consent. Furthermore, they had no authorization to hold my credit card info from previous orders. Their entire website is designed to place orders with no way of changing or canceling. I don\'t know when they became so unscrupulous, but it is inconceivable to me that they can continue doing business in such a fraudulent manner. After researching this and other complaint websites, I see many others have been screwed in the same way. They are absolute thieves. STAY AWAY!!
Damage Resulting
I have been charged $73 for items I do not want. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I have copies of all the correspondences I had with \"Daniel\". I will not let them get away with this, and will certainly never order from them again. I am totally shocked that they are willing to lose a good customer over a series of \"errors\" that they made. I urge anyone who has had similar problems with Planet RX to fight back and put these a-holes out of business. The only way they can continue to do business like this is if people just roll over and let them do it.

Fast service..arrived 6 days after I order. I entered the wrong name, when I order...caught it the next day, was fixed before order was shipped. This company has great service. Do not pass them over.

never rec reply to my two inquires, phone call to weird service, asked about size, req for this product, they not know, on hold then told they out of stock. odd. suspicious. caution needed here.

My experience was similar to the others here. I waited several weeks for my order and never rec'd it, even though it was posted on my credit card. When you call the company the phone tree forces you to go to their website, but then my email address was stated as not being in their system. On the phone tree I pressed the "place an order" option and was told the order was still being processed and the video would be shipped. The problem was, I never ordered a video. And what video costs $52.80? I asked them to cancel the order and was told I would have to call back on Monday since no one was available the Saturday I called. I then said the phone tree doesn't have an option for customer service and was told that they don't provide that option on the weekends. I called my credit card company and the was told the charge would be stopped. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They are on another "planet" and my prescription is to do business elsewhere!

AWFUL. I ordered 2/11/10. Still havent recieved my order. I made an error when I ordered and needed help correcting it. There is no phone number to call. I tried to email the company thru its website. "Daniel" told there was nothing I could do. The order was delayed day after day due to out of stock items that was noted "usually ships in 24 hours". Totally not the case. And you would assume that being delayed so long would prompt them to help me with my order error. Nope.. too much of a bother. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and get the customer care you deserve.

I was on the site to order a KNEE braces, then ordered an additional 30 dollars to meet the FREE Shipping requirements. I didn't get my Knee Brace, and other items were mislabeled. In the end I ate the difference, and they told me I could pretty much screw myself, for they can't be held responsible for mislabeled items. So they aren't sending me the Knee Braces I ordered and was charged for, and the other items they will take back if I ship them back. This whole thing is a total Joke, these guys are just unprofessional yahoos trying to keep a poor business model together.

"BE AWARE!!!! stay away from this company! They charged my credit card full over a month ago and I only received 1/4 of my order. I tried to call their customer service innumerous times but their line is always busy. They haven't responded any of my e-mails either. I will contact my credit card to try to resolve this matter.
