Fabulous service from start to finish. First visit is by an engineer, not a salesperson, so means that they know what they're talking about and there are no pressure sales tactics. Kept informed throughout the 8 week manufacturing process and the installation itself was done and dusted in no time at all. Great service and great value - you can get shutters cheaper but I don't think you'd be able to get better value. You really do get what you pay for.

The product is lovely, good quality. The whole service, from first contact all the way through to fitting has been first class.

Strongly recommended. All staff very professional: polite and helpful on the phone, prompt at appointments, constructive with advice. The quality of the product is excellent. There was about 12 weeks between ordering and installation, which was exactly as we were advised - no delays. All our windows are different, but the measurements were spot on, because every shutter fitted perfectly and caused the installer absolutely no problems.

We had shutters fitted throughout the house - price wise the cost was not overly expensive. They very kindly give us a discount on the specific colour we wanted.

The whole experience from the back office (Krisztina Deutsch), to Lee Wilberforce who popped over, measured up and gave us really good sound advice on what type of shutters etc we should consider to the gentlemen that installed them - was just brilliant.

I think if you want good old fashioned customer service alongside top quality products then i would suggest you go with Plantation Shutters.

Plantation Shutters could not have done enough from start to finish. Michelle helped us all through the Sales and Installation, Nathan also undertook a great install which look fantastic, in quick time with no mess. I couldn't recommend the company more highly great service and product.

Very pleased with my new shutters. The whole process of measuring up, quotation, manufacture and fitting went very well. The house is definitely warmer on cold winter evenings.

We have now used Plantation Shutters on 2 separate occasions. They installed cafe shutters for us as part of a kitchen renovation in 2021 and in 2022 installed full length shutters in our bedroom. We are extremely satisfied with their assistance from the design stage through to the materials and installation.

They were able to fit the shutters a couple of weeks before the estimated time and were very efficient and friendly and did a perfect job. Everything was as expected from samples shown, measurements taken and quotation supplied at the original meeting.

Third time I’ve used Plantation Shutters. Good product and service.

I had a terrible experience with some cowboy builders from hell who were supposed to install shutters at my property. They ordered them from Plantation Shutters Ltd but to arrive months after they were supposed to have finished. Once the shutters arrived it turned out that the cowboys had ordered the wrong frame and measured incorrectly. I dealt with Plantation Shutters Ltd directly, and they bent over backwards to try and help me sort out the mess. After corresponding with them and sending photos, we re-ordered the frame, and their head fitter, Phil, spent hours getting it and the shutters to fit. I think the end result looks great and visitors have been complimentary. Everybody at the company was very helpful, particularly India and Phil.
