Clicked on a QR code on YouTube for a mobile phone. Price was ridiculously low so should have suspected but these QR code scams are very prevalent at the moment. Received a contract by email from Plates For All? Had never heard of them. Noticed that the T&Cs were a company in Malta called Bumagi Limited. The contract stated I had signed up for a subscription for 5 days and that a larger sum would be taken from my CC thereafter. Had to cancel my CC to prevent them taking more subscription and wait the appropriate time to dispute the transaction at my Bank who were brilliant. Bank are dealing with it now. Got it just in time so only 9.99Euros out rather than the 69.99Euros subscription they intended taking. Be wary of QR code offers that take you to services that you haven't ordered. Footnote- Did eventually get full reimbursement definitely not an issue there however never received an explanation for the duplicity which was disappointing and they regularly email me on a weekly basis asking that I remove the review which is disconcerting the persistence, so refund handled well, having to cancel my credit card to prevent further subscriptions for a service I didn't order was an inconvenience that was never fully explained why the service advertises one thing and then delivers another.

Good experience

Never signed up for this website and suddenly they charged my CC. If you are not quick with cancelling the subscription (You still have to wait 24hours) your CC will be charged for much higher amounts. And still have to wait 14 days before the actual subscription is cancelled.

Thankfully the chat was helpfull to make certain my CC wouldn't be charge for a "Top-Up amount". And fortunately they indeed never charged the top-op amount.

Issue Resolved Quickly – Thank You, Diamond!
Yesterday, I contacted PlatesForAll regarding an unauthorized charge on my account. At first, I was quite worried because a payment had been taken from my card without my consent. However, once Diamond from the support team stepped in, everything was handled quickly and professionally.

Diamond was extremely helpful, provided clear information, and initiated the refund process without delay. The issue was resolved in a short time, and I’m happy to say that everything is now back to normal with my account.

What started as a stressful situation turned into a positive experience thanks to Diamond and the customer service team. I truly appreciate their support!

I'm facing an issue. I received a link on Facebook from a company called Ninja Blast for a portable blender at a flash sale price of around €2. I ordered it and made the payment on your site. However, apart from the blender's cost, some amount €2 was deducted for membership, total of around €4 deductions.

Now, when I spoke to your service center, they said they only received my membership payment and there's no data or record of my order. They claim no order was processed.

I want to request:

1. Investigation into this issue and refund for the order.
2. Cancellation of my membership immediately to prevent further deductions.

Please prioritize this, confirm membership cancellation via email right away to any further amount deductions, and resolve this ASAP.

After numerous emails and threats, of taking legal action due to unlawful acts from above mentioned company, I am forced to write this email before I receive my refund. Poor service, poor assistance. They are taking money out of my account illegally and then trying to make out that I accepted the transactions WHICH I DID NOT!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!
