We’re in the trade and placed an order for a radiator that was advertised with a 2–3 day delivery time. The installation was booked for 12 days after ordering, so there should have been more than enough time.

After a week with no update, we chased the order and were told by email that the radiator had been discontinued. We immediately requested a refund, but 12 days later we still have had no response, no refund, and no communication.

This delay has caused unnecessary disruption to our scheduled job.

Avoid this company. Poor communication, inaccurate stock information, and no customer service when things go wrong. They do not deserve your business.

Placed an order 9 days ago, as the website states 3 days. I have emailed and called several times. No one answers the phone or responds to emails. Simply where is my item!!!

I would highly recommend anyone else reading this review - if you are thinking of buying from this company- DON’T!!!!!!

ordered a simple radiator valve. took 7 days when i had to email them as no one picks up the phone. replied next day lost in post that old chestnut.i replied still want item. 10 days went by still no item. there a joke had to get a refund in the end. keep clear. no idea what customer service is

Have never received the item. Purchased item on 7th April (order No. PH12976) and paid for express delivery and it's not been delivered. Evri courier still says awaiting item (H018IA0000289163). I have emailed plumbhub twice and called about 4/5 times, getting the answer phone and left a voicemail twice and not received a reply. Shocking service, paid for an item and not received it and not even got a reply to my emails or telephone calls. You have my money, but I don't have the item and even paid for express delivery, I want a full refund and my money back.

very poor service, i ordered from plumbhub because the website stated 'delivery WITHIN 3 days' and 9 days later I still hadn't received the product, so emailed them and then got no human reply, just a tracking number to say they were about to send the item, so 10 days later it had not even been dispatched! took 2 weeks to arrive!!!!!!

I ordered a toilet handle from you. I needed to fix my mums toilet by Thursday so I paid for next day delivery on Tuesday. Despite paying for this service I still havnt recieved the toilet handle and it is Saturday. I’ve just been emailed saying I should receive it today, but this is 4 days now since order.

I would like to receive a refund for the next day delivery service that I didn’t get.

Great service. Good website, but needs some advice and it was accurate, cheerful and helpful. Goods all arrived and are spot on.

Thanks Plumbhub for an easy to order from website, with a range of quality items at reasonable prices, and scaleable packaging costs meaning the small parts I ordered didn't cost an arm and leg to get. Unfortunately communication wasn't clear, I assumed I'd receive the items in 2-3 days, not that it would be that long before they'd start processing my order, which occurred after I requested a delivery date. Confirmation emails, and those from the courier who also took some time to deliver the items quoted a different company name, which was a bit confusing. That aside, the items are genuine quality parts that were safely delivered, just took much longer to arrive than expected.

Bought radiator valves. They sent the wrong ones so they arranged return delivery which went as planned. Then they never confirmed delivery and have not refunded me. Untrustworthy business who steal your money and I can't get it back.

Order not delivered on the day arranged. Phoned up. Missed of the delivery Promised two days later between 8am and 12 noon. Didnt arrive. Phoned up and was informed it would be therw soon afte 12.30pm. Arrived 3.30pm.

Generally speaking, the reception I spoke with were very helpful, obliging and amended my order on request, however, after a couple of weeks waiting for the delivery, I did have to call them to remind them I was still waiting for my order to arrive.

I had been trying to source the radiator valves for some time, this company had them in stock, I ordered them and they were delivered within four days. Well done

Slow delivery, order split into two and failed delivery promises. Very poor communication throughout.

Article ordered. Received a prompt telephone call to inform me that there was a slight cosmetic change to a newer model and asked if that would be OK. It was, and the product, a hob, was delivered on the day requested. Unable to find any fault with the experience!

The Smart Wiring Centre was in stock, I ordered last Thursday and received itSaturday.
Everywhere else I tried were quoting 3 to 7 days due to no stock
