Bought my radiators a few months ago but haven’t gotten around to leaving a review. There have been no issues with them so far and the service I received was amazing. Bought 2 more for the upstairs.

Had my radiators delivered today!

Rang up on the day and spoke to sammy to enquire about the vintage ferro radiators and he was able to answer them and gave a much better delivery date than other sellers

Had a phone call after I placed the order to check they had got everything correct. They kept us informed of delivery times and even rang a couple of weeks after delivery to check that everything was OK

Everything went great from ordering to the delivery. It was even earlier than expected, which was awesome! I was expecting it on the 7th, but I got an email saying it would be on the 5th. I’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

Kept me fully updated throughout the process,what I particularly liked was at the first opportunity from me placing my order I was contacted by a very polite gentleman from Plumb Xtra by telephone to personally confirm my order and details so as there where no mix ups ...thought it was a great touch. Delivery was very prompt and kept fully upto date ,their delivery driver was also very polite and professional.
