Absolutely unacceptable service from Pocket Pills. Every single order is delayed—this is now the second time in a row within the last month, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I ordered a medication 4 days ago, and it hasn’t even been processed yet. That’s ridiculous.
Their “customer service” is just as bad. They offer text messaging, but no one responds. I waited over 3 days with zero reply. For something as important as medication, this level of neglect is completely irresponsible.
I’ve completely lost trust in this company. I won’t be bringing any new prescriptions here, and I’ll be transferring all my existing prescriptions to a local pharmacy as soon as possible. Save yourself the hassle—just use a local pharmacy.

I love it because I dont have to see anyone. Now thats not a bad thing. Im an agoraphobic so leaving the house it huge for me. But I love that I can talk to someone if and when I need to. The team I speak to is always nice and very understanding towards me and my needs.
