Podiatristss 

This is an update to my previous post. I initiated a chargeback through my credit card after being given the run around by Podiatristss.com, the usual discount gift to relative blah blah. I am glad I persevered as I was given my money back in full by my credit card company and as of today still have the crappy shoes they sent me. If you can wait the 69 days investigation period and be able to back up your claim to the credit card company with emails, pictures you will get all your money back.
PS... they do state free returns on their advert but in their t&c's they don't, that doesn't matter if it states free returns... it's free returns.

Please under no circumstances order these shoes, sent to me a size too small and not a comfortable shoe at all....cheap tat. When I tried to return they came up with all kinds of excuses and despite stating free returns they want me to pay for returning them and only then give me a 30%refund. I have now started a Chargeback procedure in order to get a full refund

Bought sweatshirt as it looked nice, very bad mistake. Very cheap quality and nothing like picture on website. Very difficult and expensive to return.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Misrepresentation of articles as pictured and described.

Certainly not Cashmere! Cheap nylon and cheap white zips and no collar facing as depicted. The articles received are not as pictured or described. Far from it.

I have pointed out they have misrepresented and misled by using the photos and descriptions on their website and asked for them to pay the return postage, which they have refused.

Very difficult about returns which will be costly if you manage to actually get their authorisation; it took me 4 or 5 emails and some persistence. They are keen to foist increasing offers of discounts and want the customer to keep and gift the articles.

I ordered the items as a gift but certainly wouldn't give them as gifts. Really cheap and very poor quality indeed, and a complete waste of time and money.

Merchandise did not match picture in advert. When I enquired about returning, they suggested I gift it to a family member or friend. Expensive lesson learned

The gents jumper that I ordered was sized as XL which is always the size I buy. But the two that I have received are only at most size medium. I just cannot get into either. There was no correspondence with the goods regarding a return address.

Ordered a cashmere and cotton jumper. It arrived but is made of polyester and spandex. No wool or cotton in sight. The jumper is ok if we'd only paid £15, but it is definitely not worth £30, let alone the £80 the website said it was on offer from. Stay away from this company. Chinese crap at its best.

This seems identical to 'lo...ns-finest'(also trading as Mel....s-finest), which sells utter rubbish. I went thru what information I could find on Podiatristss.

It uses Cypriot laws.
It ships from China
All returns, even for defective items, must be funded by the purchaser.
You have to ask for a specific address to return items to, you cannot return them t the online point-of-sale address
Shipping to China is prohibitive coastwise and is non-recoverable.
There is no liability for faults for use outside 30 days.
You have no protection or remedy for fault at point of delivery. At best you may be given a 15% discount in lieu of return.
Apart from that, it all looks sound.

Like other people who have bought from this company I can confirm that their products are rubbish. Bought two sweatshirts which arrived and were totally different colours to that advertised. Material supposed to be made of Cashmere?
Tried to return against their return policy and after several emails they suggest I give the items to Family and Friends and offered a 10% refund.
If you check their website everything seems ok and the products look like they are good qualit
Please do not buy from this company as you will be dissapointed.

Absolute rubbish and nothing like photo, avoid the company at all costs

Absolute scam, unfortunately nothing like what was ordered, cheap rubbish.

Never ever use this company or website, parcel could not be delivered due to bad packaging and no legible address..
Unable to contact the Royal Mail as they are always hopeless to get hold of so just have to do without my item, which judging by previous reviews would not be worth getting anyway

Do not order from this Chinese company. The item you receive will look nothing like the item in the advertisement. Very strange (clever) photography made a top I ordered look like a heavy weight cotton - almost canvass, material. I received a flimsy nylon top that looked nothing like the photograph. I had to bin it as the company do not respond to returns enquiries and even if they did I do not see the point of paying another £20 shipping to China for a top that was £35. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
