Poggers Avaliações

I was impressed with the companies customer service on resolving an issue I had before.

Great experience. Fast shipping.

Ordered a Borderlands figurine (Zer0) from Poggers and received it quickly. I couldn’t find this item anywhere else except from them and it was my friend’s favorite character to play in the game. Will shop more often for sure.

Great selection, they had an item I couldn't find anywhere else. Shipping was timely and their system is set up to keep you informed of the status of your order. I really appreciate that they followed up afterwards to confirm that everything arrived as expected - great service, highly recommend!

I was unsure about purchasing a board game they sold that was discounted but marked as "New with Damaged Packaging", so I sent them an email asking about how damaged it really was. I received a quick response clearly explaining how they had several copies with varying degrees of light shipping damage. That info was all that I asked for, but then they even offered to pick out one of the least damaged games to send to me! That was above and beyond what I would have expected. When the game arrived, I could hardly tell it was damaged at all. You can tell that the folks who run this place genuinely care about their customers.

No complaints for my order it arrived quickly and in good condition.

Arrived quickly and packaged nicely.

Ordered from poggers. Got two plushies, FNAF, FREDDY AND FOXY. Kids loved them super soft and cute 😍 💗. Also arrived faster than promised. We were expecting them Saturday after Christmas 🎄 😅. Got them on Wednesday Christmas eve. Perfect 👌 👍 🥰 💞 highly recommend poggers.

Poggers had fantastic prices on two games we love and wanted to own, and they quickly shipped and kept us informed. Can’t get better than that!

My first experience shopping with Poggers was amazing and I will almost certainly be back again. Clearly a shop that cares about customer satisfaction and providing top tier service. Item arrived super fast and before Christmas despite how late I ordered it. Very happy as well with how the item was shipped.

This company is absolutely great they saved me from having an earful for the holidays and it is much much appreciated this store is one of the best!! They tell you all about tracking order numbers they give great descriptions for thier items and they have very selection of items

Very well Material for the price and arrived for the Price. Definitely will order more items from the future.

They had a hard to find item at a more than fair price. Great communication and shipping! Highly recommend!

Prices are fair. Item was exactly as described. Shipping was super fast. Would 100% use again.

2nd order here -- both orders were fantastic! Exactly as listed, arrived on time, and great shipping updates every step of the way. Would highley recommend.

This was my first order from Poggers. I wanted to get a backpack in time for a convention I was going to. The backpack matched my costume. I paid for priority mail shipping. Poggers shipped it on time, but unfortunately USPS held up the item for a few days. I wasn't aware. I was a little bummed that I didn't get it in time, so I reached out to their support asking for help since the tracking failed at the time. I just wanted to know if it was coming at this point (I did end up getting it). They sent me a full refund for the shipping. Poggers didn't have to do that. I trust their support team to make it right even if it isn't their fault for a mistake. I will be ordering from here agaih.

I have placed two orders with Poggers. One was the incorrect size and the problem was handled quickly and beyond my satisfaction. Exceptional customer service. Thank you Poggers.

My package of shadow squishmellow came home warm (literally) and welcomed! he was in perfect condition and was packaged with care when I opened the box, I'm happy there was no damage to the plushie and anything!

This place RULES. I got a Kotobukiya Princess Luna bishoujo that was discounted bc the box was slightly damaged. It was a great price for a brand-new figure. The shipping was incredibly fast. I will be returning for all my nerd needs. Thank you Poggers!!

I’ve been eyeing a Weta Workshop Bilbo at his desk figure. By the time I could order it was sold almost everywhere. Poggers still had one available. I had never heard of the store before but crossed my fingers. It came in perfect condition and I’ll keep them in mind for future orders.
