Artikel alle bisher gut, Retoure einfach, aber der Kundenservice TOP! Jede Anfrage bisher mit einer Engelsgeduld beantwortet - Danke. Immer wieder gern kaufe ich hier ein.

X-Stage Pro (Edelstahl) bestellt, da garantierter Versand am 24.12. und Lieferung in 2–3 Werktagen zugesichert wurden – beides nicht eingehalten. Am 27. noch nicht versendet, später angeblich nicht verfügbar.

Kundenservice reagierte erst nach Tagen über Trusted Shops, zudem unhöflich. Versand schließlich stark verspätet und ohne Kommunikation aus dem UK, inkl. zusätzlicher Zollprobleme.

Rabatt wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, man habe ja bereits die durch den eigenen Fehler ausgelösten höheren Versandkosten getragen. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend – würde dort nicht wieder bestellen.

Terrible customer experience from start to finish.

Their checkout system splits the street number and street name into separate lines, which caused delivery issues when the parcel was transferred to the local postal service in France. My address wasn’t transmitted correctly, I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone fixing it myself, no delivery notices were left, and I ultimately had to collect the parcel from the post office a week later.

Sizing is completely inaccurate. I usually wear S, ordered M to be safe, and it fits like an XXS — I couldn’t even pull it past my thighs. There was no warning that the item runs extremely small.

To make things worse, no prepaid return label was provided. It cost me €15 to return something that was unwearable.
If you’re ordering from France and haven’t bought the brand before, be careful. Size guides are unreliable and customer service is not helpful.

Would not order again.

Der Service ist absolut miserabel! Weder auf E-Mails wird reagiert, noch funktioniert die Telefonnummer.

Ich kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen ehrlich gesagt nicht nachvollziehen, denn meine Erfahrungen waren bisher durchweg positiv. Ich habe bereits mehrmals Kleidung in diesem Shop bestellt und auch schon das ein oder andere Teil zurückgeschickt. Alles verlief dabei immer absolut unkompliziert: die Rücksendung war einfach, das Geld wurde jedes Mal vollständig und sehr schnell zurückerstattet.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch den Kundenservice. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung ist mir zum ersten Mal ein kleiner Mangel aufgefallen – ein Träger ist direkt bei der ersten Anwendung gerissen. Ich habe daraufhin den Support kontaktiert und bekam innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine freundliche Antwort sowie ein Ersatzstück zugeschickt. So wünscht man sich das!

Insgesamt fühle ich mich hier als Kundin sehr gut aufgehoben: schnelle Abwicklung, reibungslose Rückerstattungen, zuverlässiger Versand und ein hilfsbereiter Kundenservice. Ich bestelle jederzeit gerne wieder.

Ich habe nur eine Verlängerung für meine Stange gebraucht, um sie zu verkürzen. Lieferung war schnell und die Verlängerung wie sie sein soll. Zu Rücksendungen oder Service kann ich daher nichts sagen. Mit 5€ Oster-Rabatt war es auch das günstigste Angebot, das ich online finden konnte

Ich habe 2 von 5 Artikeln zurück geschickt, welche ich nicht getragen habe und mir wurden ebenfalls 10€ von der Gutschrift abgezogen, weil angeblich ein Fleck auf einem Produkt war. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht. Nachhaltigkeit und Wiederverwendung von Produkten ist mir ebenfalls wichtig, weshalb ich sehr sorgfältig mit Produkten umgehe. Aber dass mir dann 10€ für einen Fleck abgezogen werden, den ich nicht verursacht habe, finde ich unmöglich. Der Kundenservice ist auch überhaupt nicht einsichtig oder entgegenkommend.

Ich wünschte, ich könnte 0 Sterne geben.
Totaler Schrott ! Weder auf Telefonate, Briefe noch E-Mails wird reagiert.
So unseriös und frech

Früher habe ich meine Angelausrüstung bei ihnen gekauft, und ich habe einen Xpole gekauft. Als ich feststellte, dass ein Teil defekt war, habe ich sie kontaktiert. Nach zahlreichen E-Mails verweigerten sie eine Rückerstattung oder jede Art von Hilfe. Schließlich schickte ich den Stock mit der Forderung nach Gewährleistung zurück. Nach drei Wochen schickten sie es einfach zurück mit der Antwort, "es ist in Ordnung, es gibt keinen Defekt".
Jeder mit Augen kann den Defekt sehen..
Kauf nichts von dieser Firma. Ich werde nie wieder etwas von denen kaufen. Ich habe auch jedem, den ich kenne, einschließlich meines Polstudios, geraten, diese Firma auf jeden Fall zu meiden.

Superschnelle Abwicklung, nach weniger als 24 Stunden ist die Bestellung bei mir gewesen. Eine Retoure ging auch total unkompliziert, mir hat leider das eine Poleoutfit nicht gepasst.
Qualität der Ware ist einwandfrei, Fragen werden per Mail oder Telefon schnell und sehr gut beantwortet. Kann diesen Shop wirklich empfehlen.
Kaufe alles was mit meinem Sport zu tun hat beim PoleSportShop ein.

Bei meiner Rückerstattung wurden ebenfalls 10€ abgezogen, obwohl ich dieses Kleidungsstück nicht einmal anprobiert habe. Anscheinend war das Kleidungsstück beschmutzt. Einfach nur abzocke

Super schnelle Lieferung. Retouren konmte ich bisher immer problemlos erstellen und habe danach zügig mein Geld wiederbekommen.
Der Kundenservice ist nicht immer der schnellste, aber super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich bestelle seit anderthalb Jahren regelmäßig hier und werde es auch weiterhin tun.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich keinen Stern geben.
Öfter bestellt und jetzt war ein kleiner DEO-Fleck in der Ware, der angeblich aufwändigst gereinigt werden muss, weshalb mir stolze 10,00 Euro abgezogen worden sind und auch auf mehrfache Nachfrage keinerlei Kulanz.
Werde dort nie wieder bestellen und vor allem keine teuren Dinge wie Pole-Stangen! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Kann mich den Vorrednern nur anschließen: Saftladen.

I have bought a pole as well as all sorts of pole wear from this website and I can definitely recommend them! Customer service is lovely - they guided me on which pole to get and the shipments/delivery was so fast - I received my parcels within just three days (I’m based in Denmark). I love shopping here and I wouldn’t be scared off by the few bad reviews - I’ve only had great experiences.

Not only They messed my delivery (I ordered shoes one month ago)and they delivered to dpd point and now they say I wanted to be delivered to drop off point - when I asked for proof they said they ask dpd for WRITTEN CONFIRMATION 😂 I sent telepathically information to dpd in this case? Nobody informed me, dpd started investigation where is a parcel and Sara is trying to scare me with lawyer!! Sara from this company should be fired in first place for way she talks to customer and how she behaves. I’ll move whole internet till got my money back and you can deal with DPD by yourself! As my friend said you can say a lot from the way customer is treating client and I’d say stay far away from them!

Bought a Lupit Premium Pole Dance Crash Mat for underneath both my pole and aerial hoop, and absolutely love it … was cautious about ordering but could not buy this brand in the uk. My messages to Polesporte were full of questions before I ordered were answered fully and promptly and so I ordered my mat. The mat arrived within the timescale they said it would and I am very very pleased with it. Thank you

Joke of a company!! Please never order from them especially if you don’t live in Germany! I ordered my items almost a month in advance before Christmas and my items didn’t arrive my emails and Facebook messages were ignored! They only responded after I escalated the issue on PayPal blaming everything on Brexit and Christmas. When the items arrived they were wrong size even though on the receipt it stated the size I ordered my items in. Upon checking their website i found out that my size was no longer available which wasn’t the case when I actually ordered my stuff!! That being said they just took the money and didn’t even bother shipping my items in the first place!! To say that I’m upset with their service would be an understatement!!
When responding to my complaints they also got very defensive and rude saying it’s not their fault and they’re the best and biggest pole supplier in Germany providing outstanding service! Honestly, the cheek of it!
Never ordering from them again and not recommending to anyone! Save yourself stress, energy and money.

On the 3 of november i bought a Lupid pole Classic G2 Quick Lock Stainless which i paid in full value 422,91 euro which included DHL transportation to Portugal. Now the reoson im writing a review is to show my current disheartened state as to why my order is taking so long even under current COVID situation . The item was picked up by DHL on 4 of November 2021 ,its now 2 december 2021 and till date i have received nothing. I have contacted the company POLESPORTSHOP via email which they promptly responded and told me i would have received it 2 weeks ago and it did not happen . Anyways i waited patiently and sent two weeks later a further two emails requesting as to what was going on as the tracking status remained unchanged after the 9th of november.These two emails went unanswerd and i still am left in the dark. Now my problem is not that i want my money back,its that i only want whats mine and thats the product i orderd, and to know exactly if you have requested an investigation to DHL as to the whereabout of my pole order. I will when and if i receive my pole change my review and give a proper REVIEW of what i feel as right now im starting to get very frustrated and dissapointed

Warning! If you don't plan to do charity, don't spend a single EUR in this store. They are fraudsters. At first, they replied to my emails, but after they wrote, that "my order has shipped", they ignore all my (4) requests to send tracking number. I ordered at 12th of August Pleaser shoes, at 25th of August they sent email, that my order has shipped, but till today (7th of September) I didn't receive my order.
At invoice, transport company was shown DHL. I have contacted DHL, they said, that there is no one shipment to me. Also at DHL suggestions, I contacted Itella, because they handle DHL Deutsche Post shipments. Itella said, that there is no shipment for me too.
So, the badly summary is, that polesportshop.de stole from me 103.18 EUR. Please be careful.
