Avoid at all costs
I have sent numerous emails (and even followed up with phone calls) in regards to stock availability for some products, that my biggest customer is in dire need of. After having been promised a variety of dates as to when the products I needed would be available, I eventually gave up.
Understandably, my customer has taken his business elsewhere as I was unable to obtain at least a half decent explanation
Needless to say, this service is, at best, shambolic
There is certainly a "go to work, get paid, go home" work ethic here. I cannot find one single person who cares about customer service

Absolutely disaster. Waited 1h. on the line, no luck. I honestly suggest to avoid this company at all cost.

Domestic Under Floor Heating System. Half decent product, does what i would expect for the price.
Unfortunately, Customer Service levels were terrible. Totally inept, incompetent and refused to take ownership of their own mistakes. Ended up with about £500 worth of product leftover that they wouldn't let me return even though their rep did the measuring up and ordering for the job.
Still waiting for a half reasonable explanation as to why? There doesn't seem to be one.
I'd stay away from this company. Theres plenty other decent systems out there that compete on price by companies who might actually care about providing a good service.

I can honestly say I thought I was going to be very impressed by Polypipe.
I have never communicated with such a rude company before. I was given 2 incorrect quotes, which caused us to order the incorrect amount we needed and then was overcharged. Had to argue with 3 people before my query was seen too and was still not ever resolved, 1 of which was speaking over me the whole conversation which was infuriating me even more! Spent more money than I should have and would definitely not recommend. Overall experience - poor!
I saw an advert for PolyPipe under floor heating, FOUR months later I still have no price quote for installing this system.
I must have sent 30-40 messages now, eventually got an equipment quote, but not for installation even now, so have to give up on it, the suggested contractors do not reply either.
Kelly Hoppen endorses this product, I have contacted her and got no reply, so unsure if that is correct or not.
My personal advice is, don't bother they may be a big company, but customer service is non-existent
