Always great service. Next day delivery at competitive prices.

We upgraded our smaller pond so knew what to expect.
Good, strong and stylish.

The pump i ordered came without the connectors to the hose. I called the next day and there was no issue whatsoever, The missing part was sent and arrived the following day.
I was expecting a battle but the service was excellent.

Excellent service product was described very well. Delivery company was very quick and driver very good.

As my UVC unit had failed, I required an urgent replacement and support. Called Pond Superstore and the agent confirmed the unit I was purchasing was correct.
Ordered on line at a most competitive price and was delivered on time as promised. Pond is now clearing daily. Thankyou to both Pond Superstore and APC who delivered the goods.

Excellent. A pleasant e-shop. Simple to use. Goods were correct and well packed. Arrived on time.

Ordered a 10 kg tub of nishikoi wheatgerm fish food for the winter ( as it was on offer) Unfortunately, the best before date on the food was 03/27 which means that if I start feeding the koi ( of which i Havn’t got that many) with the wheatgerm in November, I’ve only got 5 months to use it whilst it’s still in date. All Nishikoi food that I have ordered on line has always had a 2 year date which is good for me as I can use it over 2 seasons. A few weeks earlier, I ordered 10 kg of growth food online with a date 12/28 which is great.I contacted Pond superstores to express my disappointment but unfortunately didn’t even get a reply back so it is for these two reasons that I will now be buying my fish food from Aquatix -2U where I have always had excellent dates on my Nishikoi food and excellent service.

Good product also very good service and delivery

Good price.quick delivery. And price match promise!

The pond filter was delivered very quickly, especially since I ordered it just before a Bank Holiday.
