Very poor customer service! Really dissapointed with the Pong live tour complete waste of money! Won’t be going to their events again or recommending them. Not worth the money for 2 hours of basic demos! Really unhelpful when giving some feedback on the event we attended. Didn’t receive emails with information on the show or an itinerary which was apparently sent so missed lots going on, on the day!
Mag content is fine for intended market, however customer service is appalling, with intellect of employees somewhat microbial (Especially digital marketing manager). Simply chasing the annual publication I ordered for my grand daughter and received a volley of excuses and refusal to focus on most salient issues. We will not be re subscribing to the mag...the value of the Annual is only £9.99 but they have to do a full investigation with Post Office before they will sell....the is pure affirmation that they and not concerned about satisfying their readers/subscribers/customers....they a simply financially driven. Don't ask the DMM to do more than one task at once as she will implode.
