I have done business with this company for many years. I have recommended them across the board but today I had an unacceptable experience.

I called to ask for a part and was directed to their directory. I tried to explain the part I need and Asa the sales person became very irritated because of a misunderstanding about said part. I was then hung up on and he will not take my call after this very minor misunderstanding.

Within the next few days they reached out and apologized. Still an unfortunate situation.

Did not try to sell me anything I did not need told me pros and cons of many different models I chose to buy an oversized model because of the insides definitely recommended my pool is still under construction hoping to fire her up this week. Cannot wait to have a heated pool to swim on Christmas
