I have ordered internationally from a number of suppliers. Two of those suppliers were caught up and destroyed at Customs.

I stumbled on Snuzyn while trying to find a new supplier that offered Loop (my favorite brand of pouches) and shipped in compliance with tariffs and import regulations to the US. Snuzyn has delivered (pun intended)! The shipments are relatively quick (about 10 days door to door), they arrive without issue via USPS, and their customer service has been fantastic. Recently, an order was delivered with 10 cans of the wrong flavor. The team addressed this promptly and is awning the correct items at no additional charge with no need to send back the incorrect items that were shipped.

I highly recommend this supplier if you are looking for international brands/flavors not offered in the US.

Never received either of my shipments. Will not be using this service again.

I am trying to reach out to the support for 5 days now, I tried emails and whatsapp, no body is responding, my order was not received by the courier for more than 11 days now, and all I want is to change the address or get it moving, this is really unacceptable, This is my fourth order from them and this has never happened, it looks that they dont have customer support, and this is very serious, I am so frustrated, and disappointed I really liked the website but if there is no customer support its not credible at all.

Because I’m new at this and doing for health reasons, I started by opening the sachet , put the powder in a small bowl, I use my finger to pick a small amount and rub in my gums.
This way I can control how much and I found really good for my brain, it switch my brain on like a clean strong coffee without the downs.
