option were extensive, but when it came to ordering I never received my order due to issued with ups and cancellations of my order for no reason. So I never received my order. And have not received frequent updates of its status.

Generally, if a shipment is held or cancelled it’s due to UPS or U.S. Customs/FDA and outside of our control. When that occurs we always assist and, when appropriate, refund as a gesture of good faith.
Because the delay/cancellation is not caused by us, we kindly ask you to update or remove this review once we’ve resolved it together.

I understand your frustration. Just to clarify, we didn’t ship this order because UPS customs fees to your destination were extremely high. We let you know that we were waiting for PostNord to reopen so we could send your package at the normal shipping cost instead.
Since you preferred not to wait, we processed a full refund for your order, so no payment is outstanding on your side.
