We have been dealing with Power House for the past few years and find there products and services excellent. And we intend to continue doing good business together.

I have been a member of Warrington Golf club for over 30 years.
I am 90 years of age and I suffer from weak muscles in my legs and was
considering giving up golf. My playing partners suggested that I buy a
buggy and recommended Powerhouse Golf and I paid them a visit.

I met David Hutton who explained the various aspects of the buggies on
display. There was no hard sell just expert advice from a professional golfer.
I chose a reconditioned four wheel Titon buggy at a very good price.
In addition there was a discount due to my being a Blue badge holder.

I have now had the buggy for three weeks playing 18 holes twice a week
on a very hilly course on the highest point in Warrington.
My buggy took the course in its stride with ease and comfort.
I am now looking forward to trouble free golf with my buggy which is
the envy of my playing partners.

I ordered a XTrider from them Feb 2023 there was a long delay and it arrived Sept 2023 it never worked in fact it was sent back to them 6 times the last time it came back was 18 Jan 2024 it worked twice the 3rd it took off at full speed and there is no way to stop it all the controls failed and i had to aim it at a fence and jump off the last moment. I am 80 and this hurt my hip and now on crutches. They have given me a full refund £ 2900 . I just need to warn other buyers this type of buggy is not safe or fit for use it could have hurt other golfers and my golf club have banned it.This unit is made in China and i would think health & safety would not pass it. I would just like to say David at the company did everything to help but if they keep selling this machine they are going to loose there reputation.

This is a long term review of a 16AH lithium battery used with my Powerkaddy electric trolley.
I assumed when I bought what was advertised as an 18 hole battery would be fine for my needs as I only play a maximum of 18 holes, usually on my golf course that i am a member of, which is not particularly long, (5800 yards on the longest combination of holes and relatively flat). However, I found quite early on in that even though I was very careful in charging it up that it only just managed to finish an 18 hole round of golf before the battery died. As time progressed the trolley ran out of battery part of the way up the 18th hole, then 17th hole and more recently on the 16th hole. I was told by the person I contacted at Powerhouse Golf that "my battery looks like it was purchased in December 2017 which makes it over 5 and half years old which is on par for life expectancy of this battery and you are correct the battery does potentially have so many 1000 cycles without it affecting performance however it also has a dead life and it looses between 3 and 6 percent capacity per year so the battery after 5 years on average it will only be 75% capacity of when the battery was new."
The 16Ah battery is currently advertised as being suitable for 18 - 27 holes and my battery even when new would not have powered my electric trolley for 27 holes.
I bought what was then an expensive lithium battery at the time thinking it had years of life and if I had known what I now know I would have bought a larger capacity battery which I now have done (22AH)

Great company to deal with in all aspects, professional, caring and responsible. New TitanS buggy ordered and delivered within three days, easy to assemble with full instructions ,out golfing next day, goes like a dream. Hope it lasts as long as the old Titan which was 7 years.

Excellent efficient helpful and did everything as discussed with great service guys. Superb customer care so often lacking nowadays.

I recently purchased a Titan Buggy however decided it wasn't for me. The staff were very courteous and accommodating and refunded the full price. In addition they helped me with many questions

Bought a new golf bag for my wife. After 6 months the zip on the main pocket broke. Phoned David Hutton about it. The bag was replaced with a new one. No quibble. Just fantastic service

I have only dealt with this company once and I cannot speak highly enough of them. I purchased a lithium battery from them and the advise that I received was fist class as was the price and delivery. I will definitely use them again.

I have had my Titan Elite 12 months. I have found it be reliable and of superb performance. A small fault was recently fixed within a week. They have been helpful and efficient and an extra is their golf bag is a great design.

Ordered something 2 months ago and the item hasnt arrived. I have to email them and they replied the item is out of stock. They dont bother contacting me letting me know the item is not in stock or indicate in their website that the item is out of stock.

Purchased a new battery for my trolley but it ran out of charge twice in the first 12 outings. I emailed to explain the situation but they claimed I was charging the battery wrong ( my previous battery from them lasted 6 years charging it the same way, as per instructions). They then asked me to send it back to them so they could test it, at my own expense. I asked them to send me a loan battery so I could keep playing but have had no reply to that email or the 2 since. They are a shambles.

Awful after sales service. After spending over £400 on a trolley and umbrella holder i purchased a scorecard holder for the trolley. It arrived broken. They insisted on me returning it at my own expense if I wanted a refund. 3 days after I returned it still no refund so I opened a paypal dispute. They offered the price of the item less original shipping (I had paid £2.99 to have the broken item shipped). I didnt feel happy paying them £2.99 plus what it cost me to return it when I had nothing to show for it. It went to paypal resolution and I ended up with the full refund. As a result they have lost a good customer over £2.99

I was looking for two electric golf trollies that had a good build quality. Powerhouse have several versions, we settled on two of the T2s with Lithium Batteries and Pneumatic wheels to cope with really rough terrain, they do this very well, so far so, good. The bad bits, if anything goes wrong its a case of taking it in personaly or shipping, this is costly, then the parts are also costly, which is suprising because these are built in house. On the up side, these units are repairable and are of 'Average' build quality, they are not 'Stewart' quality nor is their customer service. After one week of ownership both unit started to squeal from the drive areas, no grease no oil, says it all, i didnt expect to have to go and use a fair bit of WD40 for brand new units. Other than that, they are ok.
