I had a major surgery with high levels of opiate pain killers during and after, which caused hard stools that were difficult to pass, resulting in an anal tear or fissure. THIS product, Pranicura, is the only thing that worked. IT TOOK A COUPLE MONTHS OF DEDICATED USE… but now I’m all healed up. Follow the directions included like I did and don’t stop using it until you’re healed. This stuff is the only thing that worked for me.

I have been ignored when I asked for a refund

I previously order Pranicure and use it periodically for my itchy bottom and luv’d it. However, since I’ve recently reordered Pranicure and noticed the color was slightly different and the texture was too creamy. Before the consistency was more similar to a Destin baby ointment which I preferred as it stays in place better. The new Pranicure formula I feel washes off too easily requiring more frequent reapplying. I contacted them asking if Pranicure changed something or if I got a bad batch to which they replied it’s been a while since I had ordered and they had indeed changed the formula. I wish they had added a new line and kept the old formula for those of us who liked it before the way it was. Frustrated customer looking for a new thing to help my itchy bottom. Afraid to ask for refund as the won’t sell to me again if I do 😔

Suffering anale fissure since my first pregnancy - and trying to heal through various methods along the way without succes - I was found kinda lost and desperate. Product works great for relief. Still continue to have issues but the relief is great and lasts longer than other products I have tried

I almost didn't buy this product because I'm skeptical of websites that only publish 5-Star reviews. This truly is a very soothing cream that will relieve itching for hours. But based on my own experience, I'd say it's best to know for sure what the source of your itching is. There are SO many possible causes! It took me forever to figure out that mine was being caused by pinworms. So until I was able to figure this out and treat the infection, I was only throwing temporary solutions at it.

Pranicura does what it says. It seems pricey, but a little goes a long way. And, the important part, is that it relieves pain and promotes healing from rectal fissures and irritation. I just received my 2nd order and am so glad to have something that helps me manage my IBD flares. I highly recommend this product.

No really, this stuff worked. I have had 4 pregnancies and my circulation is bad so I have had hemorrhoids, bleeding, and fissures forever. This stuff makes a big difference. Yes, you have to get used to the feeling of IcyHot being applied to your bum, but it is worth it. I'm not cured - I still have flare ups, but it's more under control than it has been in years. After 6 months I'm about to spend $60 on a second bottle, and that has to mean something.

I had fissure after food poisoning in Thailand and got botox injections at hospital here in Norway. That did not help. Found Pranicure on google and gave it a try. It acctually helps reducing pain and I think my fissure problems will soon be history. I will order one more box so that I will have some stocked for later issues. My doc in Norway looked at the box and said she was sorry they don't sell this mix here.

I ordered Pranicura 5 from pranicura.com on 29th June 2023 including shipping for $56.98 and still hasn`t been delivered. i have been tracking it and still in Bensenville since 7th July 2023 and there`s no further movement.

Buy a bidet. Using one has finally provided the cure that this treatment only made worse.

I had suffered from superficial fissures that would not heal completely for 8 months and was becoming increasingly frustrated with the situation.Like a lot of people I was quite sceptical about this ointment but I followed the instructions to the letter and within 3 weeks I was healed.I was set back slightly when I had a slight hard stool but after addressing my diet again and going back to using pranicura after each bm I was healing within a couple of days again. I think the key is to always be mindful of your diet and fluid intake , I also take lactulose on a daily basis as instructed by my consultant rectologist.
For anyone wondering whether it’s worth the money…..IT IS.

This product worked very well, when nothing else I tried failed, very happy with the results.

I’ve had hemorrhoids for about 20 years with flare ups (bleeding, clots, swelling). My flare ups last about a month. Pranicura has helped my flare ups stop sooner (less than a week) and prevent anemia . I’ve had 3 flare ups since I bought this cream and all 3x I’ve been able to stop the bleeding in less than a week . I had bad hemorrhoids from multiple pregnancies. The prescriptions the doctors gave me only helped about 10% of the time. The pain reliever/anti-itch creams that I spent a fortune on would only help for a few days and then they would get worse. Panicura is the only ointment that helped to heal. I followed the directions! I like the Icyhot feeling when applied because it helped to cool the burning and stopped the itching. After a few months, I was healed better than the doctors' prescriptions. I always make sure I have a bottle of this. Now, I only have to use it about 3-4 times a yearl for flare-ups.
