My windows were never clean
My windows were never clean, I left a review on Google and was advised yo contact someone and they will get back to me. I emailed on the 22nd December confirming all of my details.... still nothing.
Customer service is just dreadful. Family run businesses are usually more reliable. Very disappointed

Simple & easy 🌟
I was previously with this company in my old house and safe to say i liked being with them then! I have moved home since and have joined back up with Preen & clean, super easy to set up and not tied into a contract which makes it easier when moving home. Very simple & straight forward and I am happy with the clean and the service I have received! Highly recommend!🌟

We thought we would give preen & clean a try and they did a great job. The man who cleaned the windows was very happy and polite and did a professional job. I would highly recommend.

Porthole cleaning
Service should be better, cleaning with equipment used should be better but its all down to engineer and how the brushes are used.
Cleaning is rushed and corners completely missed somewhat like Sinbad would do, what is going wrong here!

Our first window clean was on a very wet day so we were not too sure what the windows would be like. The next morning we were pleasantly surprised, the windows and sills were sparkly clean. Thankyou Preen and Clean.

Not the best not the worst
They do an ok job of cleaning the windows most times, but sometimes there is still dirt left on the windows and they come more often than you ask for. They also do not reply to messages despite their auto message saying to message them with any questions. Unfortunately will be looking for another company due to these reasons

After receiving additional information from the reviewer, it appears that the name, phone number, or email address provided does not match any account in our system. Our Customer Service team attempted to contact the number today at 12:03 and 12:04; however, the line was temporarily unavailable.
If the customer can provide details linked to an account or contact us directly, we would be happy to assist further. At this stage, without verified account information, there is little more we can do. It is possible the reviewer may have confused us with another company.
We have also sent an email to the address provided. The customer can call our Customer Service team on 0800 061 4216 (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) or reply to the email, and we will be more than happy to help.

Bloody nightmare
Bloody nightmare. Signed up in may 2025, received a text every month to say your windows will be cleaned - cancelled preen and clean services nov 2025 as the texts were just getting abit annoying and no one ever showed up so hired a local company. Dec 2025 received a message to say my hot water clean has been completed even though id cancelled their services. Spoke with an agent who said they’d sort it and they’ve cancelled my ‘subscription’. Got my first clean on the day I’d cancelled subscription then an invoice!! Called again, was told to ignore invoice and they’ve removed me from their system, 3 days later get another text to say my cold wash has been completed and please leave us a review 😑😳 here’s my review!

Contrary to apparent 'overwhelming positive customer reviews'
Needed cleaning service that I was already begrudging as an unexpected cost i was prepared to pay to help my partner out. I was hoping it would be straightforward as it appeared to be from the fast quote start on their website. I went out of my way to provide plenty of photos of all the places needing cleaning and could not have been more detailed on this , but I got more and more questions thrown at me and then they just didn't reply to me , leaving me feeling not very hopeful about the company's ability to provide the services they claim to. There is nothing about the house that would make providing their services difficult, so why have they just not got back to me after answering in thorough detail all of their relentless property questions.
Disappointed as a friend recommended them to me and reviews claimed to be outstanding!!
Surely they have been exaggerated!
